A tortoiseshell pelt appeared in the entrance to the camp as Raindapple walked in, her eyes dull. Her ears pricked as a cat-Fellmoon- yelled at the kits. Her own belly was starting to grow heavy with her own kits;how long could she go on deceiving the Clan and saying that she was fine? "What's going on?"she growled, marching up to the rag-tag group.

"And what if he says no?" Bluekit mewed lamely. Flopsiekit frowned. Bluekit was such a downer. He looked up at Dewpaw, expecting her to have an answer. She should, since she was older than them. Older cats had all of the answers.
