What's happening?! A tortoiseshell-and-white queen rushed out of the nursery, her eyes huge. She'd rushed out because it sounded like all StarClan fell out of the sky, and the ground had shook. Now the shaking was growing more violent, making her crouch to keep her balance.

Squirrelkit rushed out of her den behind her mother. "Raindapple, what's going on?" she yowled. But clearly her mother hadn't heard her, as she was still staring at the camp, fear and horror shining in her sapphire eyes.

Sweetfur forgot about Leafpaw for a second. What's going on?! He felt as if he would fall over, the ground was shaking so violently. He bristled. His mother had told him of times when the ground had shook. Her twolegs had called times like these earthquakes.

The earth began to shake and Blazesong did not knew what happened. She was just playing with Whitekit and Rustkit as it started. She unsheathed her claws to get hold, took the kits between her jaws and tumbled to the nursery. As she reached it, she put them down and placed herself above them, so they would be protected. She had barely any hold, but she must stand to save the kits. What in Star Clans name was just happening?

Um. Whoa? Bluekit stumbled out of the nursery as the ground shook like it was a kit playing with another. He tripped on the ground before picking himself up. This was cool, and a little freaky at the same time. Flopsiepaw would have love this. He though in his small kit mind.

The dens cracked on the inside, their reinforcements beginning to crumble as the ground, unbeknowest to the cats above, move and shifted under them. It could be heard all around, to the rumbling and to the frantice yowls.

Inside the nursery, Ashkit stared out in horror. What was happening? It was only few days before he started to actually pull away from his mother, and now... and now this! This... happening. He wailed loudly as he stayed in his little corner. Too frightened to move or even see.

Leafpaw stepped out of the Apprentice's Den, her fur bristling. As if the earth was still she walked on the ground with ease as if it were still and looked at all of the cats, checking to see none were actually injured.

Raindapple suddenly snapped back to attention. "Everyone! Get out of the dens!" she yowled as loudly as she could. The violent shaking was going to make the dens collapse! "Get the kits out of the nursery!" She darted back into her den, trying to usher Ashkit and Dovekit out. "Blazesong, get the other kits out!"

Squirrelkit squished herself against the ground, wailing in terror. She heard something fall, and looked over to see the, thankfully empty then, apprentice's den fall to the ground.

Dovekit rushed over to her mother, fear in her shining sapphire eyes. She whimpered loudly and took shelter under her mother. She was close up beside her sister, Squirrelkit, wondering where Ashkit was. "Mommy, whats going on?" she cried, "I'm scared."

Larkwing padded outside the warrior cats den, her nap had been interupted by violent movement. What was going on? She unsheathed her claws and tried to get a good grip in the shaking soil. She gulped down her fear and looked at the big piture: The safety of her Clan-mates. Although some were annoying, she couldn't let them die. "Move to the centre of the clearing!" she shouted, not wanting the trees in the ThunderClan forest to fall and squish a cat. She herself moved even closer to the centre and tried to calm herself.

Sealkit dropped his mouse and gave a wail, rushing over to the Nurcery on command, forgetting of his hunger.

Loucustkit stood next to where a crack was opening up, bewhirled. Why was the ground moving? Whta was that huge crack in the ground? As usual, curiousity got the better of him, and he padded over to investigate, lowering his front half slowly into the hole.

[Lynx]

Blazesong nodded, took the kits at the scruff and brought them out to the crowd of other cats. "What is happening?", she asked around.

Barkfur was out in the clearing, "Everyone get out of camp!" she yowled, about to rush out herself. As she began her first stride one thought raced in her mind, The kits. She skidded to a halt and whipped around to race back into the nursery, she found Sealkit. "Come on!" she meowed at him loudly, she looked around for the others. "Vinekit! Whitekit!" she called.

Whitekit was shaking furiously, fear consumed her as she stood under Blazesong's belly, she looked around and everything was moving uncontrolably, including her own tail. "What's happening!" she called out in her mumbled gibberish. She looked around, not fully understanding the concept of an earthquake and instinctively, fear and confusion taking her over, dashed off. She found a tree and raced up it, adrenaline pumping through her claws.

OOC: Gold, I just dragged Whitekit around all the time, cause we played the last time before the quake xD

Blazesong watched in terror as Whitekit released herself from her grip and fled up a tree. "Whitekit come down, now!", she yowled, her voice interrupted by shakings. "The tree could fall, come!"

ooc: Why would they go into the forest? The place were the tree squash you and kill you? o.O

Joykit squeezed her eyes shut as tightly as she could. She was trying to nap, but the ground was shaking like all the cats of ThunderClan were bouncing around her. Scowling, she got up and opened her eyes, only to let out a surprised hiss and bolt out of the nursery. A thick branch crushed the part of the nursery where she was only a heartbeat ago, and she winced. Bewildered, she looked around the camp where nearly every cat was panicking. The earth was shaking and looked as if it would burst from beneath her feet. Where's Melody? A voice in her mind screeched, and it took all her efforts not to voice the terrified cry.

Sandfur managed to reach the camp from the gathering place. Her heart was pounding hard in her chest, she had never run so fast. In terror she saw that the nursery was crushed. "NOOOOOOOO! Luckykit! Darkkit! Mudkit!", she yowled. Panicked, she looked around for the tiny pelts of her kits. There she found Barkfur, Blazesong and Larkwing protecting all the kits. And there were also her beloved ones. She rushed to the cats, licked fast over her kits and mewed: "Silverstar got hurt. The hole Gathering place got destroyed. I tryed to rescue her, but she send me away to save my own life. I had to abandon her." She paused. It seems the earth calmed down a bit. "I don't know what happened to all of them."

Whitekit trembled in fear, refusing to let go as the earth began to calm, just a bit. Her eyes were wide with bewilderment and her fur had been fluffed up so she actually looked the size of an apprentice.

ooc: wouldn't the woods be safest since the earthquake is in the clearing?

ooc: Earthquakes cover very large area's of space ... tree would fall.

OOC: Actually, the trees would be pretty fine since they're rooted tot he ground.

WELL ACTUALLY! Since there is a magical fissure then yeah, they would fall down...

ooc- But the ground is shaking and moving. The dirt it is attatched to would move out of place.

OOC: Doesn't mean the tree will fall. Just loosen.

Locustkit began to wriggle forwards agin, for the running cats, not seeing him, had bowled him over, away from the mysterious crack. Once again he began to lower himself down, curious,

Frostkit squeaked a sharp alarm. "Eaglekit! Where are you?" She bounced around uncontrollably as the ground shook. What was going on? "Momma!" She screamed, yet no one came. Frostkit had no mother, as she had died shortly after giving birth to Eaglekit. "Whoa!" With a thud she fell into a large, unrealistic crater. Frostkit squinted to keep tears from falling. She was scared, and she had no one down here to save her. Wait a second, there was someone down here! "Locustkit? What are you doing?"

Eaglekit hurdled out of the nursery as it fell. Everything was falling apart, or at least he thought. He had never really been out of the nursery before this. There were cats scurrying around everywhere, they all looked scared. He cocked his little ear to the right, What was that? Frostkit? She was stumbling around like a dazed elder, and she was headed straight for a hole! "Look out!"
