Griffonpaw let out a mrrow of laughter. "Cinderpaw's going to check and see if your fit to leave the den. I'm hoping she says your fine."

Cinderpaw sniffed the air. "im no medicine cat but you smell a lot better!" she said "but you need to get up and attack the air." she told Cloudfrost.

[Naruto]

"I hope so too. Being here reminds me of my apprentice days..."he said,trailing off before jumping to his paws,seeming to be full of energy like the young warrior he really was. Yeah,he acted like a grumpy old elder most of the time but in truth he was only about twenty five moons old.

"Attack the air? How 'bout I do this instead?"Cloudfrost queried,smiling. He jumped at Griffonpaw,claws sheathed,to try and batter at his head.

"what ever works..." she said as the two toms wrestled on the floor.

Griffonpaw felt Cloudfrost's great weight fall upon him and squeeze the air out of him. "Ooooof." he grumbled. He started swatting at a Cloudfrost's face. "Get off me you fluff-brain!" he growled with joy. He felt like a kit.

Cloudfrost purred,his voice rough in his throat as he retaliated,cuffing Griffonpaw's ears. "I feel a lot better now."

Griffonpaw sat up, smiling. "I'm sure you do." he gave his chest a few rough licks to smooth his fur down. He gave one last blow to Cloudfrost's ear.

Cinderpaw was happy with their kit like behavior. "i say you are fine enough to get back to your dens." she said happily "ill race you back to the apprentice den Griffonpaw!" she said

[Naruto]

"Alright then. I'm going hunting for a while."Cloudfrost meowed,ducking. "Griffonpaw,can you please check on the kits and elders before you go back to your den?"

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw dipped his head in reply "I'll go let Cinderpaw sleep, then we can go on a proper hunting patrol." Griffonpaw nudged Cloudfrost before jumping to his feet and sprinting to the Apprentices Den.

[Naruto]

"Alright." He padded into the center of the clearing,gray fur shining amid the snow.

"come on you'll have to be faster than that if you want to catch me!" she taunted. Cinderpaw was just about to start running again when Griffonpaw pummeled her to the ground. "oh you want to play-fight? she said as she hit him in the shoulder with her paws.

Griffonpaw didn't mean to run into Cinderpaw. "Uh..no, no thanks." he meowed, backing off of Cinderpaw. He took the blows, but felt nothing his fur was on fire.

"sorry, i thought you tried to tackle me" Cinderpaw said sheepishly,looking down and walking faster and faster.

"It's fine, I was being clumsy." Again! he scolded himself. "Come on, your looking as tired as ever." he mewed, trying to get his mind off the moment before.

Cinderpaw felt hot with embarrassment "and it dose not help that im over competitive." she joked.

[Goldenstorm]

"Same here." he joked along. They were in the Apprentices Den and they reached Cinderpaw's den. "I'll see you later. Me and Cloudfrost are going out for a hunt." he touched Cinderpaw's nose with his as he turned to leave. He was so close to being out of the Apprentice's Den.

"why dont you stay its still night." Cinderpaw reminded him.

[Goldenstorm]

"Yet it's so very close to being dawn. Me and Cloudfrost better be out for dawn patrol." Griffonpaw pointed out.

"okay don't fall in a rabbit hole, its still pretty dark." Cinderpaw replied.

[Naruto]

"We won't. We're not helpless,you know."Cloudfrost growled from across the clearing,eyes gleaming.

"okay, well I'm going to get little sleep but it will be some at least
Griffonpaw please wake me when you get back." Cinderpaw asked politely.

[Goldenstorm]

"Don't worry Cinderpaw." Griffonpaw lay his tail on Cinderpaw quickly before taking it away. He nudged Cloudfrost with his shoulder. "I bet I can catch more than you!" he quietly challenged as he made his way for the territory.

I hope he wakes me up when he gets back i don't want to miss any early morning hunting. Cinderpaw thought as she lay down in her nest and shut her eyes.
