Cloudpaw sighed as she watched the ThunderClan tom glance at Irisglade, was he going for a RiverClan warrior? Shaking that out of her head she meowed "What do you think 'follow the brightest star' means?" asked the older cats

Hollowpaw stood silently. He couldn't follow the Brightest Star when he couldn't see. Why was he even here? It seems that all the other cats didn't want a Blind Apprentice on the trip. I should have stayed home...

Irisglade cocked her head as she felt a gaze on her and turned it slightly to see Leoparstrike staring at her. A puzzled look in her eyes, she sighed at the apprentice's question. "Follow the brightest star probably means that we should follow the brightest star, don't you think?"

"Feisty." remarked Leopardstrike flicking his tail at the apprentice. "I'm sure. StarClan. Or NightClan." he spat the word, "Will show us what were looking for." meowed Leopardstrike taking his spot watching each one of the cats, but his eyes seemed to be on nothing, but the amber glare burned into each cat, except for his brother, and the RiverClan she-cat.

Foxfur had returned to his normal silent self, watching the cats and wolf. He was getting cold. To make it worse, the wind started blowing, whipping rain into his face. Foxfur went back to the base of the tree, curled up into a ball, and tried to go to sleep.

"Of course they will," Dewshine said calmly. She looked around at the cats, barely noticing the ThinderClan cat looking at her. They must be waiting for FireClan, it just made sense. She wanted to start this soon. These cats seemed to be so ready to start something with all their smart remarks.

Irisglade turned to Cloudpaw, eyes burning. "Get used to you being fiesty? Ehhe. Not going to happen. Say one more snippy word and I slash your face off apprentice." The she-cat turned away from the DarkClan cat, deflecting any comment the cat said in reply. Eyes flicking to Leoparstrike she noticed he was still watching her ... rather intently.

Hollowpaw just listened to what all the cats were rambling on and on about. What use is it to talk about... Nothing?

Cheetahstride flicked his tail, amused by the bickering. But, something caught his eyes... His Half-Brother staring on and off at the Riverclan She-Cat. What's with him?

"Hollowpaw or Cloudpaw, did you see any FireClan cat, leaving their territory, towards the Gathering Place?" he wondered if a FireClan cat would even come, he doubted it. And if they didn't come, hm, FireClan would die. That was a pleasant thought.

A sodden tortoiseshell she-cat limped forwards,determination bright in her eyes. Where's he going...? She reached the Gathering place just in time to hear about a journey,and her heart stopped. She rushed forwards,her shoulder throbbing in protest,to burst into the clearing. "Leopardstrike,"she called softly. "Whats going on?"

Irisdapple looked with wide eyes as another cat burst into the Gathering area, a wound on her petite shoulder. The she-cat ignored Cloudpaw and lowered her body, eyes dark and unwelcoming. This cat would blab their journey to all the clans ... the leaders probably wouldn't let them go. Her tail tip twitched with annoyance ... this cat followed Leoparstrike like a little dog with their Twoleg.

Leopardstrike turned his head and saw Raindapple. Wha? What in the world? he whispered in his mind, as if he was carried by some unnatural wind, he marched past his half-brother walking towards the tortoiseshell she-cat. With an odd glossy look in his eyes. "Raindapple?" he meowed quietly. It was almost unreal.

"Like I can see..." Hollowpaw muttered. His ears flew up at thescent of a new cat. Thunderclan... Wounded... Fan Cat... He shook his head, fur bristling at the newcomer.

Cheetahstride slitted his eyes at the sight of the Wounded cat. "What's she doing here?" He hissed, glaring down at the cat. "Everyone knows that if you are wounded, you aren't supposed to be here, weakling!"

She winced as her shoulder groaned,making her legs buckle,and getting her already dirty fur muddier. She looked up at Cheetahstride,her fur bristling. "Who're you calling weak? You think I just got this wound?"

"StarClan... StarClan told us to leave our Clans, and create a trail for us to find a new home, even my grouchy half brother." remarked Leopardstrike with an amused purr. "They said if we stayed... We would all die, and that they would send a sign for all the clans. We were just preparing to leave..." meowed Leopardstrike. He had kept this whole meeting in the back of his mind, not wanting to tell his clan goodbye just in case he never came back...

"StarClan doesn't even know where were going, but I promise you. I'll be back." he meowed stepping back from Leopardstrike pressing his nose to the side of her head and licking her eye. "I promise. I'll see you again, and we can catch up all over again." He meowed though the uncertainty was clear in his voice. Leopardstrike flinched at Cloudpaw's argument, "Trust me, you'll have more fun with the Clan, than I ever will with all these mouse-brains."

Dewshine lifted her ears when the new, ThunderClan cat came in. Was she coming too? It didn't seem like it. If the cat wasn't supposed to be there then it was probably best for her to leave, but she seemed to be a momentary distraction for the young cats who were already threatening each other.

It was sweet, but of course, the DarkClan apprentice would come in with a remark, ruining the whole thing. Oh well, she was just and apprentice after all.

"...Good bye..." he sighed sulking a little. Though his anger burned up in him and his claws unsheathed. "If the Clans didn't need you to survive Cloudpaw. I'd kill you." he sighed seething anger boiling over in each word, and his eyes narrowing to show that he wouldn't waste a second before cutting the young she-cat open.
