Gathering Peoples

[Ace]

Redstar padded into the camp's main clearing. He yowled, signaling a clan meeting. When everyone had gathered, he meowed lougly, "It's time for me to announce who will be going to the gathering tonight. Griffonpaw, Treepaw, and Cinderpaw will come. Thistlefur, Cloudfrost, Coldstream and Solarscar will also come to the gathering." Redstar nervously looked at al the cats he had chosen. Ever since one of the gatherings became a firestorm, he didn't want to go near the gathering place. What if it happened again? He would be sending his own clanmates to death. Redstar turned to go back to his den. My own clan can't see me nervous, He thought.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffinpaw nodded his head, grinning. He would finally be able to go to the gathering, though he didn't expect to greet others.

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur looked up at his leader, hoping that the burning guilt would not make him set on fire. He dipped his head and looked away, nervous.

Woodpaw sighed and gave a yawn. He wasn't going to the gathering. Oh well.

Wolfkit Stepped forwards, a little angry. "Hey Redstar! Why can't we come? We are all six moons!"

[Naruto]

Foxkit hissed. "Yeah! We're all six moons!" She waved her tail at all of the older kits, including them.

"It's because your all still kits. And DarkClan will be there." Cloudfrost snapped, the fur on the back of his neck rising. Kits irritated him to no end.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw looked back to help his mentor, reluctantly. "Be patient. You'll be apprentices soon enough." he growled.

[Wolvine]

"But we should be apprentices now! I could take you on and I would probably win! I can take a stupid Darkclan cat." Wolfkit turned on Griffonpaw, hissing.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw held on to his patience, practice made perfect. "I doubt that. You should be enjoying you're time as kits. Being an apprentice isn't all fun and games." he mewed calmly.

[Wolvine]

"Shut it. I'm sick of being stuck in camp all day, harldy allowed to set foot out of the Nurcery without someone comeing to check if I'm OK. I hate it. If Redstar is too lazy to make us apprentices thats his problem, but I won't have you treating me like an idiot!" Wolfkit lashed his tail angrily. Despite being younger, he was nearly as tall as Griffonpaw, and probablly a lot faster.

"Wolfkit, nicer words please." Solarscar meowed sharply at the back-talking kit. "Go back to the nursery and a Queen shall look after you." He finished, then padded to the group of cats going to the Gathering. Will this weather ever calm down? Every cat is getting weaker and weaker, more and more tired, and extremely hungry. We won't last long if we continue here.

[Wolvine]

Wolfkit hissed and turned away, knowing that he had lost. He gave a growl and padded back to the Nurcery angrily.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw relaxed his muscles, and his claws slid away instinctively. It took all he had not to attack the kit, Thank StarClan he left, I would've been crowfood if I start fighting with clanmates, especially kits.

[Naruto]

Foxkit stayed, her eyes bright with fury. "He's right! We're more than old enough to start our training!"

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw sprang to his paws, baring his teeth and unsheathing his claws into the earth. "Maybe if you stopped reminding every cat, you'd be an apprentice by now!" he spat at the kit old enough to be an apprentice.

[Naruto]

Foxkit's fur bristled, but she said nothing, instead growling and baring her own teeth.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw glared back. "Go ahead kit, make your move." he taunted, daring the small she-cat to attack him.

[Naruto]

Foxkit hissed in anger, lashing her tail and leaping at the tom, trying to land on his shoulders.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw easily dodged, throwing a paw with outstretched claw at her. He made sure his paw would miss.

[Naruto]

Foxkit growled, landing on her paws and spinning to leap again, paws outstretched. Her movements were slower and clumsier than the apprentice's were;she was only six moons compared to his eleven and a half moons.

[Wolvine]

Wolfkit turned sharply and saw Foxkit fighting Griffonpaw. Fear rushed through his heart as he realized hwat terrible danger his friend was in. He turned and ran back, aiming to ram into the side of the unsuspecting apprentice.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw crouched down and pushed up, exactly when he calculated the kit would be above him. As he pushed up, he took an unexpected weight on his side. He turned his head to see Wolfkit on him "Get off!" he growled, seeing the fear in the little kit.

[Naruto]

"Wolfkit?!"Foxkit yelped, being flung sideways and back by the impact of the apprentice.

[Wolvine]

Wolfkit gave a snarl and unshealthed his claws, that where actually quite impressive by now (XD) and looked at the apprentice. "Whats your problem Griffonpaw?" He asked acidldy.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw glared at Wolfkit. "Get you're friend out of my fur and there won't be a problem." he snarled, nodding to where he left Foxkit.

[Naruto]

"I don't need help!"she hissed, scrambling stubbornly to her paws. "I'm only showing him that I can beat him anytime, anywhere I want to!"

[Wolvine]

"I don't care!" Wolfkit turned on Foxkit, hissing. "If he thinks that just because I have kit at the end of my name he can push me around, then he's dead wrong!" He turned back to Griffonpaw and flexed his claws. "Bring it on stroppy."
