I would do everything I can to prevent Silverstar from suspecting me or you, but I need you to agree that your mate will never enter Thunderclan again, and for you not to arouse any suspicion by your actions”, Fellmoon tries to reason with the stubborn cat he calls his friend.

Barkfur reluctantly nodded her head. "Fine." she spat, short-tempered. "Just let us be this one, last time."

Fellmoon moves out of ear shoot, and out of sight, but stays in the nearby area. One to make sure no other cat comes by, and that when the time comes he will be able to make sure that Barkfur's mate leaves.

Barkfur turned to Thistlefur, her fur on fire with shame. "I'm sorry Thistlefur." she mewed softly, waiting for his response. Her eyes couldn't meet his.

"Its alright."Thsitlefur meowed sadly, padding up to his mate. "I will come again, even if it means death. I´d rather be killed by a Thunderclan cat then never being able to see you or my kits."

"No, I will come to you. Do you remember the place we met? The ThunderClan and Shadowclan border. I'll meet you there." she sadly looked up at Thistlefur. "I couldn't live with myself if something happened to you." Barkfur admitted.

"Alright." Thistlefur meowed, licking his mates ear.

"We must part again." Barkfur sighed, shutting her eyes. "But I'll see you again, I promise." she whispered as she muzzled Thistlefur. "The night after the full moon."

[Wolvine]

"Alright. I may see you at the gathering?" Thistlefur sighed.

Fellmoon stepped into sight, he moves to stand in front of the two cats, he turns first to Barkfur and asks, "Are you ready to go".
He says two words to her mate, simply, "Leave, now".

Barkfur's nose wrinkled in anger, then she realized there was nothing she could really do about it and put her fangs away. She rose and licked Thistlefur's cheek, "At the Gathering." she murmured. She turned around and padded away, her head hung low and her tail drooping. Her eyes were barely held open as her heavy, sorrow filled steps took her away from her love.

Fellmoon sighs, "This day couldn't become any more stressful", he says and they walk toward camp. "Why, why did my first real friend have to be invoved in a forbidden love", he says somewhat to himself.

Barkfur flicked her ear in annoyance. "You would never understand." she mewed simply, not looking at the tom as she walked forward.

[FellmoonX]

"I may not understand, but at least I care enough to try and not make this as painful as it could be”, Fellmoon reminds her. “Anyway, you should have known this would happen eventually. The warrior code clearly says that you may have friendships with cats from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle. Also we are not to trespass on another Clans' territory. Thankfully it was me that caught you and not Frostheart”, Fellmoon says.

Barkfur whipped around, her fangs barred and her claws unsheathed. Her ears seemed glued to the side of her head as she snarled at Fellmoon "Do no recite the code to me! I have been a loyal warrior for seasons before you." she hissed at him. She could feel her neck fur rising, standing on end.

"Stand down, Barkfur", Fellmoon says sternly but calmly, “You are in no place to fight your only ally in this situation”. Fellmoon stands his ground, and looked deeply into her eyes, “I meant what I said, I don’t want to see you hurt, but I also know that some pain will follow, you have already seen this”, his words are sharp, but it is clear they are true.

Barkfur remained defiant. She stared deep into his eyes, her amber eyes on fire "The only pain there is is the pain you've delivered." she sharply retorted. "I don't fear Silverstar or Frostheart. Go ahead, be their kittypet and go tell them what they want to hear." she snarled.

[FellmoonX]

"I gave you my word I will say nothing, please calmdown, I am your friend", he plead with the stubborn she-cat, frustration and sorrow in his eyes, still not going into any form of fighting position because he understands that Barkfur is in great pain.

Barkfur whipped around, lashing her tail back and forth. She couldn't let Fellmoon see the teardrops that had started to form, they trickled down her cheeks and into her fur. "I don't need your help, you're no friend of mine." she stalked foward towards camp.

Fellmoons sighs, hating seeing Barkfur so upset, asking Starclan why it had to hurt so much, and moves to camp.
