Thistlefur padded confidently towards the tree he and Barkfur had last met, hoping to see her again. It had been 2 days had it not? SHe should be here.

[FellmoonX]

Fellmoon walks along on patrol, he has been keeping an especially close watch, hoping to prevent any farther problem on cats entering Thunderclan’s territory. He smells a familiar scent; he follows it hoping not to find what he feels strongly he will. He sees the cat that was with Barkfur, from two days ago.

Fellmoon sighs, “What are you doing here again, I thought I asked you not to return, for Barkfur’s sake.”

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur whipped around, eyes wide. "How did you scent me? I rolled in badger and everything!"

[FellmoonX]

"I have a strong sense of smell, also I never forget a scent or a face. Could I have you name please, since it it clear you will not listen to reason", Fellmoon answers the cat.

[Wolvine]

"Why would I tell you?" Thistlefur growled, tail swishing. It must just have been luck this cat ran into him. No cat alive had a good enough nose to smell past what he had rolled in.

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur had come late, and she hurried not to miss Thistlefur. She rushed into the small clearing Fellmoon and her mate stood in. Skidding to a stop, she gasped as she looked over at Fellmoon, he had discovered him, again.

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur saw Barkfur appear behind the Thunderclan cat. His eyes screamed at her. RUN!

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur's jaws were wide open, but she knew she couldn't run. Fellmoon had most likely already heard her, he'd just follow her scent. She had to tell him and hope to StarClan he didn't tell.

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur looked into her eyes and knew what she was doing. He sighed and looked away.

Barkfur stood, her eyes down at her paws, waiting for Fellmoon to turn around and notice her. Her ears laid down against her head and her tail drooped in shame. She knew she'd broken the warrior code, but to her, some rules were meant to be broken.

[FellmoonX]

Fellmoon answers calmly, not yet seeing Barkfur, “I like being able to use a cat’s name when I speak with them, also I would find out eventually anyway.” Fellmoon continues, “I can see you wish for Barkfur to get hurt, because I have been very generous to you. But I did that for Barkfur, because she is a dear friend.”

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur growled, not saying anything.

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur spoke up, knowing Fellmoon had not yet seen her, but he might have scented her. She moved in front of Fellmoon, "No, he wants the exact opposite." she mewed, not able to meet either toms' eyes.

[FellmoonX]

"Well", Fellmoon asks, "Do you what Barkfur to get hurt, to be forced out of her clan, and to lose all here friends, because I do not." Fellmoon hears Barkfur's voice and sees her step infront of her.

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur growled, narrowing his eyes. "Listen to her if she's such a good friend then."

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur continued, it was too late to stop now. Regret, guilt, and shame burned into her fur like the rays of the sun. "Fellmoon, he is my mate. I am with his kits." she mewed even quieter, a whisper now.

[Wolvine]

Thistlefur looked over at his mate, love clear in his eyes.

[FellmoonX]

Fellmoon sighs, hating being forced to choose, “Barkfur, tell me how you could be so foolish”, Fellmoon asks, continues, “Did you think no one would find out, you could be forced to leave the clan because of you choices?”

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur rose her gaze to Fellmoon's, a fiery glance burning within the amber eyes. "Love is far beyond any boundary you could even think of, even the Clans'." she growled.

[FellmoonX]

“I know”, Fellmoon answers looking into her fiery eyes, matching it with his cool ones, “but at the same time, love must be balanced with reason, because otherwise it will lead to pain and suffering.” Fellmoon looks at the both of them, “This isn’t only forbidden by the Clans, but by Starclan. Do you wish for their judgment to fall on you?”

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur grew bold "They may judge me anyway they wish. I love this cat and I would die for him, gladly. You have no way of understanding." she lashed her tail about, every word she spoke filled with truth and determination.

[FellmoonX]

Fellmoon continues to look into her eyes, a mix of sadness, frustration and anger clear, “I could still possibility let this go, but only if your mate never sets foot on this land again, this need to end now.”
“I do not wish to choose between my duty and you, please”, Fellmoon asks.

[Goldenstorm]

Barkfur became curious, "Tell me Fellmoon, why is it you choose not to tell Silverstar if I promise he never comes upon ThunderClan territory?". Though she said Thistlefur would never come come onto her home territory, doesn't mean she wouldn't come onto his.

“For one I don’t wish to see you hurt, two I hope that this will fix itself without me being forced to tell him. But, at the same time, I should warn you that if Silverstar commands me to speak on the subject I will”, Fellmoon answers Barkfur, hope she will understand.

[Goldenstorm]

"Then I don't know why you consider me a friend, you show no real sign of loyalty. Go, tell Silverstar. I will take any judgement any cat has to say to me. I will take any punishment, but nothing will stop me from seeing him." Barkfur growled, her mew stern. She held her ground in front of the tom, her face strong and serious as she stared into his eyes with bravery and courage.
