"Fine. It's just that you don't have the weight of a mouse,"Cloudfrost huffed, eyes glinting with amusement. "No need to worry about me."

[Goldenstorm]

"Good." Griffonpaw placed his paw on Cloudfrost's neck. "I win." he growled, pride glinting in his eyes.

[Naruto]

"No fair!"Cloudfrost objected, rolling over.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw rolled onto the ground, he instinctively kicked out his paws, thrashing them about wildly, yet each one was aimed perfectly.

[Naruto]

Cloudfrost felt Griffonpaw's paws kick him repeatedly, but he kept rolling, hoping to dislodge him and break free.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw held on for dear life, though he felt his paws slipping. He let go and sank his paws back on as fast as he could. He bit down lightly on Cloudfrost to stop him from rolling.

[Naruto]

He batted outwards at Griffonpaw, feeling teeth in his scruff. Cloudfrost jumped to his paws and reared up on his hind legs, jumping back awkwardly.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw felt himself rise in the air and his hind legs met the ground. Perfect. He tugged hard on Cloudfrost to bring his mentor down to the frosty ground.

[Naruto]

Cloudfrost tumbled forwards, off balance completely. He landed belly-down on the earth, winded.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw too fell on the ground, catching up on his breath. He jumped onto his paws, running to tackle into Cloudfrost. He stopped right at his mentor's shoulder. He rose a paw above Cloudfrost, not really going to hit him "You give?"

[Naruto]

"Ugh, fine, I give,"he growled, heaving himself to his paw. Cloudfrost looked at his apprentice, pride in his sightless eyes. "You're doing better than you were when I first met you,"he said, smirking.

[Goldenstorm]

"Only becuase I've got you as a mentor!" Griffonpaw teased, he tried to clasp his jaws onto Cloudfrost's scruff to help him up.

[Naruto]

He stood, shaking the mud out of his fur. "You're so sure?"he teased, grinning.

[Goldenstorm]

"I don't know, you're looking pretty old..." Griffopaw joked with Cloudfrost, wondering what they were going to do next.

[Naruto]

"Old? Pshh,"he scoffed, cuffing Griffonpaw's ear. "If you want to we can go back to camp and just hang out."

OOC:How old is Griffon now?

[Goldenstorm]

"Sure. I want to check on Cinderpaw, she was looking really tired." Griffonpaw suggested.

uh........old? idk, make it up.

[Naruto]

"Alright. Say, it's almost time for you to be a warrior, isn't it?"Cloudfrost pondered, padding towards camp.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw stopped in his tracks. Warrior? Am I really ready to be a warrior? he pondered about it for a moment. Of course! "Really?" he called, overjoyed that he would be a warrior so soon.

[Naruto]

"You're eleven moons aren't you?"Cloudfrost growled, smiling. He remembered how excited he was at his own warrior ceremony...

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw growled "Eleven and a half!" he jeered. He pounced ahead of Cloudfrost, happily bouncing in his steps. A warrior! He was going to be a warrior!

[Naruto]

"But who's counting?"Cloudfrost meowed, a wicked glint in his eye.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw showed his fangs. "And I can guess you were around when the first cat went up to StarClan." he mewed, returning the tease.

[Naruto]

Cloudfrost snorted. "You think I'm that old? Well, could a cat who's seen the first cat go to StarClan nearly beat Nightstar of DarkClan?" His voice was kidding at first then it grew more serious. Moons before he'd taken Griffonpaw as an apprentice, he'd been patroling and had fought with Nightstar. He'd nearly died, but it was an improvement to those ratty WindClan cats.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffonpaw's eyes grew wide. "You took on Nightstar? The DarkClan Leader?" he gasped, astonished. He really did have a great mentor.

[Naruto]

"I wouldn't lie,"Cloudfrost mewed, smiling. "He was tough."
