She looked at her head in a puddle, a large section of fur stood up, making her look like a cockatoo. She felt her fur grow hot with embarrasment. She quickly licked her paw and patted it down. She looked back at Shadefall "Anywhere else I should be aware of?" she asked, standing so that Shadefall would be able to see if any of her fur was sticking up as bad as her head was.

"Thanks." Ferretflight brushed her fur against Shadefall's. "D'you want to go hunting with me?"

"Great." Ferretflight stretched again, cracking her neck. She sped out of the den and into the territory, just as fast as her short limbs would take her.
