Hunting (Open to the peoples at Boredom in camp)

Shiron scented the air, looking for the smell of deer. He sighed. "Nothing over here." He turned to another spot. And sniffed again. Still nothing. He scented a rabbit and his eyes flicked about untill he saw the brown figure. he crouched and sprung, claws outstretched. He caught it and killed it with a swift bite. He burried it and licked the blood off his lips.

"Good catch."Autumn barked,her tail wagging. Her eyes caught the sight of a lean figure just foxlengths away,the rabbit's legs tensed to spring. At the sound of her voice,it hared away and she sprinted after it,jumping on it and killing it with a swift bite to it's throat.

"Thanks you too! But we still got to try and find a sizable deer too feed the clan." He began to scent the air again. His tail began to wag without him noticing as he recognised the smell of deer. "I got one. Its heading this way, fast!" He ran around a circle until he could no longer smell the deer and then jumped into a bush.

Autumn went to the opposite side,and watched a large doe saunter towards them,the smell of blood all over her. Something injured it,she thought,signaling to Shiron with her tail to show him she could see the deer.

He nodded and signaled with his tail, suggesting that they should chase the deer whilst Eensaam (bad spulling) dilivered the fatal blow. he crouched and waited for a responce and for the doe to come closer.

The doe lifted its head, and inched a bit closer. Shiron grinned and moved slowly back, until he was in line with it. he crouched and a deep growl aroze in his throat. He snarled and lept at the deer, nipping its legs and trying to drive it too Eensaam.

Autumn sprang at the deer,snarling. It spooked and ran,Autumn snapping at it's hooves.

"Make circle around it and trap it." Eensaam signaled with a flick of his ears abd the tail.
"Take turns leaping at it. I will go for the neck. Autum and Shiron you go for the legs and back." He mouthed barely whispered. He toke his place but further back behind a bush.
"When I give snignal we leap out and form the circle. Shiron and Autum get the legs and get it on the ground I will do the rest." He said just loud enough for his friends to hear but not the doe.

Shiron lunged at the deer, managing to rake his claws down the does side. Where was Eensaam? This was taking to long! He bit down into the deer's back and held on for deer life.

Eensaam lept out of a bush relieving Shiron of his duty. He lunged up at the neck finishing it off. The deer dropped dead.

Shiron fell with the deer and would have been crushed if he hadn't sprung away at the last moment. "About time Eensaam!" He growled playfuly.

Rolling his eyes, Shiron sat down and sniffed the air. He grinned and padded up to a hole in a ground. He thrust his paw down it, using his long claws to reach down. He beagn bringing it up again, slower. When it emerged, a rabbit hung from hit claws. "Another useful trick. Must be awuful to be killed in your own home though."

Autumn jumped back,snapping back to reality. "Wha-"she yelped,her fur starting to prickle with shame. "Oh uh,I think we have enough. WolfClan isn't really that big."she said,her voice thick with shame and yet distant.

Shiron looked at Autumn for a moment, then shook his head and took a grip on the deer's throat. "Come on then." He said, his voice muffled throught the fur. "Lets take it to camp."
