Boredom In Camp

[Wolvine]

Shiron sat and began to groom himself. He had realized that he never normally did so, but he had so much spare time here, he found he never had enough to do. He thought about looking for Eensaam but he would be to busy. He sat down and began to howl with boredom, one of his other strange ways.

[Naruto]

"Huh?"Autumn muttered sleepily,her eyes fluttering open. She got up,stretched,and headed into the pouring rain. "Were you howling?"she asked Shiron,her eyes bright with curiousity.

[Wolvine]

Shiron eyes glinted. "Another one of my strange loner ways Autumn. I used to howl when I was lonley or bored and see if any wolf would awenser. If they were too close I would sometimes go and chase them away. Sometimes I would go and see if they were worth fighting." He shrugged.

[Naruto]

"Oh,"Autumn said,her eyes twinkling. She looked up at the sky,where,if the storm ended soon,the stars would be shining. "I only howl if I need to alert the Clan,or if a hunt is successful. As you've already seen."she chuckled,her eyes glinting with amusement. That day seemed so long ago....when the teamwork of a few members of WolfClan brought down a large deer. Shiron,Kraze,and Autumn herself had done most of the work,but she had still appreciated the other wolves' support.

[Wolvine]

He nodded. "Sometimes I wish I was more normal, like you. Its difficult being a loner all your life, avoiding wolves in large numbers and caring only for yourself, then to come somewhere like here." He grinned, remembering. "It feels like the first time I saw my granfather's pack when I was a pup. Never before had I seen so many wolves."

[Naruto]

Autumn laughed. "I wish Mud and I had grown up normal."she sighed,her tail curled tightly around her paws. She turned to look at him. "You know that my father tried to kill Flint,right?"

[Wolvine]

Shiron looked at her, but showed no look of alarm in his eyes. "My father was killed by another wolf. I vowed revenge on him. My father was my last living relative. I still see live that day in my dreams. I see the way I last saw him, covered in blood. His last words where the same as my mothers." He sighed. He wished that his childhood was not so complicated.

[Naruto]

Autumn nodded,understanding lighting her gaze. "My mother died when we were born. My father revolted against Flint,and he was killed right before our eyes. Mud looked up to him,so he was hurt. I was as well,but not in the same way."she shrugged. "We weren't trusted for a long time to be around other pups,and still now we are untrusted."

[Wolvine]

"Iv'e been called untrustworthy before. I had a friend. She let me into her pack and wanted to make me Betta, for she knew me well. But I was driven out by the other wolves.." He tunred to look at her again. "I trust you anyway."

[Naruto]

Autumn looked astonished. "Why would you trust me?"she murmured,her mind reeling. If his friend's pack didn't accept him,why does he think this would be any different? She smiled at him anyway. "Thank you. I'm still not sure that Flint won't throw us out anyway."she confessed,turning towards him. A trickle of hope lit her gaze,at the thought of having a true friend.

[Wolvine]

Shrion sighed. "Well even if we can't stay, I'm just glad I have a place to stay for now. I wonder how long its been scince I last talked to a wolf?" He shrugged. "You remind me of two wolves," he said turning away. " I cared for both of them dearly. One was my sister. She seemed so much like you." He stopped there. he couldn't bring himself to tell Autumn about Tsukiko. Not yet anyway.

[Naruto]

"Really?"Autumn murmured,staring back at the sky. "I've only ever been compared to my mother. They say I have the same ambition as her,and that I look like a mirror image of her." Grief now filled her words. "I always tell them back,'It's good that you all had a chance to meet her then.'" Her eyes closed,as though she were lost in thought. Her claws dug into the earth. "But I can't afford to be weak. I have to take care of my brother now." Her eyes flashed open,determination filling them.

[Wolvine]

Shiron looked at Autumn fondly, thinking of how similar they where. He though of Nile and how he had wished he had been able to save his brother from the bear. "I went through a lot when I was a pup. Things that would seem like childs-play to me now."

[Naruto]

"What kinds of things?"Autumn asked curiously,her gaze shifting to his. This wolf is different. He understands what it's like to feel alone and unwanted. The rest of these wolves frequently look as though they'd like to tear our throats out.

[Wolvine]

"Bears, hunger, humans you know, those kinds of things. I got mixed up with humans a lot. In winter mostly I would go to a farm and hunt there. Easy prey. The human would try to shoot me and once or twice he set his dog on me." He shook his head with amusment. "That dog will never chase a living thing again! If a rabbit had jumped in front of me like that I would have killed it, not run off yelping to my master!"

[Naruto]

Laughing,Autumn said,"Yeah,you'd wipe that stuff out easily now. We don't have to worry about hunger for a while."

[Wolvine]

"I guess not. I'm glad I don't have to eat mainly carcasses everyday. Only tasty for ravens that stuff." He yawned. "I hope I'm not kicked out anytime soon. I could get used to this kind of life."

[Cheesles]

Eensaam padded over to where his good friend was.
"Hey love birds!" He joked nudging Shiron.
"Who is this?" He said as he fondly looked at the pretty wolf that shiron was talking to.

[Wolvine]

Shiron growled. Even though Eensaam was his friend, he felt like ripping out his throat at times. "Hey Eensaam." he managed to say without any hint of annoyance or anger in his voice.

[Naruto]

"Oh,Eensaam,right? Remember me? I'm Autumn."she said,embarrassment making her fur hot. She looked back to where the other wolves were,her eyes flashing.

[Wolvine]

"So, you guys feel up for a bit of hunting?" He got up and looked at his companions. "I know we wonly ent hunting a while ago Autumn but I think this boredom is slowly killing me!"

[Scourge]

Dream looked down from a window."Your fine boredom won't kill you!"She howled down from a second story.She had a wolf-smile covering her muzzle.She than returned to her now yelping pups.

[Naruto]

"Sure. The Clan needs the prey,"Autumn replied,smiling at Dream's words.

[Cheesles]

"I can come. Beta can go hunting too." Eensaam replied.

[Wolvine]

As Eensaam said the word Beta, Shiron flinched for a moment. He did not know what caused him to do this, the evny or the memories. He shook himself slightly and looked back to where Dream had called from. "You coming Dream? Or are those pups to much of a pawfull?"
