Apprentice w/No Mentor: Rainpaw

[Goldenstorm]

Rainpaw appeared from out of the apprentice's den. She was on her way to Shadowstar's den, the leader of RiverClan. She padded across the main clearing and approached her leader's den, she stood in front of the entrance "Shadowstar? Are you there?" she called impatiently. She waited for her leader's approval.






ooc: rainpaw is an apprentice, but she got no mentor. Anyone want her, post here but put ooc: before it. Thanks!

ooc: be m apprentice!!!! Shadowclaw is deputy so you should learn alot.

Shadowclaw padded over to the leaders den with a large Fish in his jaws.
"Hello Rainpaw, it's a lovely sunrise, what would you like?" He asked at the entrance to Shadowstars den.

[Edward]

"Hello." Shadowstar limped out for the depths of her den. She had been exercising her leg for the past two and a half hours and was panting heavily with the effort. "What...*cough* ahem, what brings you two here?" somewhere in the sky a heavy raincloud broke for an instant and light leapt upon the ground before it was once again covered up by the cold damp and dark thunderclouds. It started to drizzle and Shadow beckoned the cats both inside.

[Cheesles]

"Well I just came to talk to give you some kill." Shadowclaw purred.

[Goldenstorm]

"Shadowstar, I am an apperntice, but neglected to give me a mentor." Rainpaw said, bristling her fur in annoyance. "Could you give me one?" She was bigger than usual, she had ruffled her fur. She licked her chest to try to hide her anger. She dare not upset the leader, however much she upset her.


ooc:metal, since you leader of rc, you can pick out who rainpaw's mentor.

"How about I could be her mentor! I am in need of a new one." Shadowclaw said looking down at the apprentice.

[Goldenstorm]

"Your choice Shadowstar, I trust your decision, whatever it may be." Rainpaw replied sitting down, somewhat calmed.

[Edward]

Shadow gasped and shook herself. "Sorry." she mewed. She had forgotten in all the events recently...the look on Rainpaw's and Shadowclaw's faces told her everything. "Thank you for the fresh-kill, Shadowclaw." she glanced between the two cats. "I will go and make an announcement now." she said, "I've got a fair bit to announce, but I'll put your apprenticeship, Rainpaw, first." she limped out of the den, first winking to Rainpaw, then to Shadowclaw.

OOC: I'll make a topic in the main clearing now.

"Thank you Shadowstar!" Shadowclaw dipped his head as he padded out of the den.

Rainpaw did the same, but lacked to say her thankyou, this was on purpose. Yes, she respected her leader to the highest degree, but she felt that a thankyou was not needed at the moment. She padded to the side of the clearing, awaiting the start of the clan meeting.
