Apprentice Ceremonies (DARKCLAN)

Nightstar signaled the clan with a grand yowl, attracting the attention to the Clan, and his kits sitting behind him.

Nightstar: "This moonhigh, we gather together to name 4 new apprentices. Come forward. Pyrokit From this day forward, until he has earned his warriors name, this apprentice will be called Pyropaw. Tigerpelt, you are ready for your first apprentice you will begin Pyropaw's training. I expect you to pass on everything you know about NightClan and the warriors code pass on your courage and determination to this young apprentice.
Come forward. Maplekit From this day forward, until she has earned her warriors name, this apprentice will be called Maplepaw. Spiderfang, you are ready for another apprentice you will begin Maplepaw's training. I expect you to pass on everything you know about NightClan and the warriors code and pass on your fighting talents to this young apprentice.
Come forward. Featherkit From this day forward, until she has earned her warriors name, this apprentice will be called Featherpaw. Ripplesong, you are ready for your first apprentice you will begin Featherpaw's training. I expect you to pass on everything you know about NightClan and the warriors code pass on your great knowledge of the Medical arts.
Come forward. Hollowkit From this day forward, until he has earned his warriors name, this apprentice will be called Hollowpaw. I Nightstar will take it upon myself to train this young apprentice. Now touch noses with your mentors, and let DarkClan celebrate our good fortune in having so many new Apprentices."

Smallflower filled with joy as each of her kits became Apprentices. Her eyes sparkled, and her tail wagged a bit.

Hollowkit... I mean... Hollowpaw was surprised that he became an Apprentice, and not an Elder! He slowly picked his way to his father, clouded blue eyes gleaming slightly. Hollowpaw touched noses with his father, murrmering his thanks.

Ripplesong pricked her ears at the ceramony. She now had an Apprentice! She dipped her head at Nightstar, and waited for Featherpaw to come.

Tigerpelt's pelt prickled with excitement. Pyropaw was his first Darkclan Apprentice! Oh, the things he could teach this black and white cat!

This was it, now was the time she became an apprentice. Featherkit- no, Featherpaw- was now on her first steps to become a medicine cat. Excitement ran through her pelt and she took her slow steps towards Ripplesong.

Moons and moons she waited for this day, the day she would finally be able to go into the medicine cats den with a reason other than to inhale the sweet scents of herbs or to gaze in awe at eat herb. Now she could learn every name of each plant, learn every technique, and learn every way in her power to help her clan. This was her day, the day she had been waiting on.

When Featherpaw reached Ripplesong she proceeded begin the tradition of touching noses. Creating the bond between mentor and apprentice...

Ripplesong touched noses with her new Apprentice. "Looks like you became an Apprentice on the right day! The half moon is tonight, so you get to go to Snowstone!" She mewed, waving her tail. "We might want to start going, come.." She nodded to the other cats, and stalked out of camp.

Spiderfang looked up at Nightstar,her eyes bright. "Maplepaw,"she murmured,reaching down she the young cat could touch her nose.

Pyropaw showed no emotion as he touched noses with his mentor, Tigerpelt. Though there was a rippling feeling churning in his stomach. He knew he was excited, and conceiled it.
Pyropaw knew he had so much to do now that he was an apprentce. His first goal was to make sure that Hollowpaw became what he wanted to be. His next priority would be becoming a fully fledged warrior of DarkClan, and make his Clan grow strong.

Tigerpelt touched noses with Pyropaw. He was a little startled to find that the newly made Apprentice had no emotion, but it soon faded. "How about we find you a nest in the Apprentices' Den, shall we?" He mewed, flicking his tail.
