Leopardpaw rolled over and opened his good eye, still tired, and his sleep completely interrupted. He rolled over one more time and he was on his paws but he had to quickly he sat down, because of the pain in his hind legs. The battle was all a complete blur, he only remembered bits and pieces of his fur flying away from and his teeth carving there way into his opponents flesh, he loved that feeling.

[DOCTA OCTAGONAPUS]

Sunflower poked Leopardpaw gently in the ribs. "We have food for you," she said, curling up around her kits and eating her fresh-kill.

"Now, tell me, where do you hurt the most?" She sniffed leopardpaw's wounds, seeing which ones need more marigold, but before he could reply she left and came back with a few Juniper berries. "Eat these. They'll help with your strenght."

Though if Leopardpaw had the strength he would have said that he was fine and gone hunting, but anyone could tell he wasn't, and he would probably end up lost somewhere or attacked by ShadowClan warriors left behind. Looking at the small berries, he was sure that he was going to hate the taste, but instead of arguing he licked the meager offering gratefully. "I can't stand up anymore, and my eye is burning."

"Well, I don't know the best poultice for an infected eye, but I'll put marigold on it for now, its gonna sting. Where is nightleaf?" She chewed up more marigold and began licking it into his eye.

Silvercloud watched as the rest of the ShadowClan warriors fled; leaving the rest of her clanmates to deal with their injuries. She began licking her own wounds, not bothering to see the medicine cat and bother her further with more patients. As she looked up at the now close-to night sky she sighed. She ought to make herself useful. Quickly she lurched to her feet and began searching for someone to help.
She wasn't in too bad of shape. Her clan-mates on the other hand, were.

Sunflower closed her eyes and breathed in the cool evening air. Her ears pricked as Silvercloud padded into the underbrush. Sunflower sighed and she was sore and tired again. Weary, she found Lillykit a few tail-lengths away and curled up around her kits and Lillykit to keep them warm. Her eyelids dropped slowly as she reluctantly gave in to sleep.

Ooc: I thought we were back in the camp, because moonfur was here earlier and he was in camp.
