The aftermath of the Earthquake.

Solarscar, the ShadowClan deputy, padded through camp and towards Redstars den. He sat there, looking over the damage that had just occurred. Wow .. One earthquake, a bad one like that, could destroy a whole ecosystem, an entire forest. The damage was utterly mind blowing, the camp was totaled, and all the dens had collapsed or had rock and debris inside. What were they going to do? Everyone in site was shocked and scared. They needed some reinsurance, and that would come from himself. He gazed around, it looked like no one was missing, or no was dead, or no one was badly injured. Good.. He could barely bare to see his Clan-mates in pain and sorrow.

What was going on in the other Clans, were they hit just as bad as this? Did they have cats pass away? Where they in the condition to travel? Would everyone be able to make it? Questions swirled through his brain and it seemed like more and more pilled up in there, and what bothered him the most was that he couldn't answer a single one of them.

Enough about the others, you need to focus and calm your Clan-mates. I'll send out a hunting patrol, a border patrol, and the medicine cat would need to collect some herbs, and a group of cats to collect materials for camp. Not that they would need it for long, they only had a few more days to wait, then they could leave for their new home. Finally, its what all of us have been waiting for.

"All of ShadowClan, gather before Redstars den!" his voice seemed to boom through the camp, everyones heads soon shot up and gathered a little closer, trying to avoid the debris and cracks. They all looked tired and sick, enough was enough.

"An earthquake has just struck, and I'm getting tired of these horrid weather patterns. At the gathering Sliverstar proposed that she and her Clan were leaving the forest in a quarter-moon. They are also sick and tired of this weather and the living conditions here. I think that we shall follow them, we need a new home and I would like your input." He meowed, his eyes scanning the crowd. He had no clue to what their responds would be.

"Anyways, right now we need some patrols. Slittedwing, I would like you to lead a hunting patrol, try and bring as much as you can, I know it shall be tough. Lunarshine, I would like you to lead a border patrol, just because an earthquake has struck doesn't mean we should keep out guard down. Feralpelt, I want you to get a group of cats to help collect supplies for camp. We need a few dens for the queens, the kits, and the elders." he mewed, "Remember, ShadowClan shall remain strong!"

[Wolvine]

Wolfpaw turned immeadiatly toawrds Feralpelt. "Can we go hunting? Please?"

[Naruto]

Lunarshine nodded, her eyes blazing. "Griffonshade, bring Kestrelpaw and Foxpaw with you and come on."

[Goldenstorm]

Griffinshade growled his response, "Very well, I will meet you out there." He scanned the clearing for his apprentices, the bright Foxpaw and stubborn Kestrelpaw. "Foxpaw, Kestrelpaw!" he called out in a gruff mew.

[Wolvine]

"Can't I come with you too?" WOlfpaw cried in desesperation. He hadn't been able to be with either of his friends for ages.

[Goldenstorm]

Griffinshade growled at the apprentice, not in the mood to be pestered. "Find your own duty." he snarled at him, moving on to his apprentice.

[Naruto]

Lunarshine smiled softly at Wolfpaw. "You may come with us next time, Wolfpaw." she mewed, flicking her tail as she exited camp.

ooc- OH MY FREAKING GOD! YOU CATS ARE LEAVING YOUR HOME FOR GOOD AND ALL YOU HAVE TO SAY IS CAN I GO HUNTING?... *sigh*

Griffinshade growled when Lunarshine granted the needy apprentice permission to join them on their hunting patrol. He was getting angrier by the second. "Foxpaw, Kestrelpaw!" he growled in a mean call.

[Naruto]

Foxpaw pranced up to her mentor. "Coming!" she chirped, not at all bothered by his menacing voice.

Griffinshade glared at her, "It took you long enough, taking a nap?" he decided scolding would have to wait. "Never mind, find Lunarshine. Follow her, I've got to get that little brat everyone calls Kestrelpaw." he spat, stalking away to look for his disobedient apprentice.
