Braveclaw stared around his den,lonely. All the other elders had died in the fight. "Poor Yellowleap."he said sorrowfully,glancing at the she-cat's motionless body. The older ginger tabby had saved Braveclaw once,when that mangy fox had bit his tail off. Now she was dead. Tears filled his eyes,but he blinked them away. While I was hunting,these cats were dieing. I should be with them now,in StarClan.he thought sadly.

[Raintalon]

Firenose padded into the elders den, carrying a stringy rabbit, but it was the best one he could find. Placing it next to Braveclaw, he looked into the old tom's eyes and saw pain and sorrow. For once, Firenose felt some sympathy and attempted to soften his hard amber gaze. "They're in Starclan now." He mewed akwardly.

[Naruto]

"I know,Firenose. But I should be with them now."Braveclaw mewed,looking up.

[Raintalon]

"No you shouldn't, the clan needs your wisdom and what would we tell the apprentices when they have no stories to be told?" He mewed, amusement in his eyes.

[Naruto]

Braveclaw sighed. "All I can tell them is that my apprentice betrayed her Clan."he said,thinking of Spiderfang.

[Raintalon]

Firenose blinked in surprise. Usually this tom wasn't so negative upon himself. "Cheer up!" He mewed, nudging him. "Your one of the most respected cats in the clan."

[Naruto]

Braveclaw looked up. "I wouldn't say that,Firenose."he mewed,his whiskers twitching. The white patch on his eyes shown in the pale light.

[Sparkle]

Fawnkit scrabbled around. This wasn't the nursery! The nursery smelled nice, even if it was scary. This place smelled strange .she scampered awkwardly out, She sould smell dead cat and it frightened her. What had all those howls been?.
