Fifth Gathering
Redstar led his clan through some trees and over to the gatheirng place. Being the first there, as always, Redstar hopped up onto his favorite spot on the tree. His eyes glinted in the moonlight as he waited for the other clans.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Griffinpaw reluctantly followed, his head held up high and his fangs just barely peeking out his lips. He made his eyes look intimidating and slightly annoyed, but he really was annoyed so there was no acting there. He kept his ears pricked, aware of every noise made by his Clan and the other five. He kept his paw steps heavy, yet light and his claws were a bit unsheathed. I'd like to see these worthless warriors mess with me now.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Cloudfrost trotted blindly after his apprentice. "Careful," he warned him, hearing claws slice at the grass. "We don't want to start a war." Not like he was a pessimist or anything. In fact, he loved to fight! But if they had to do something with the other Clans... It would be best not to make enemies.
Re: Fifth Gathering
Littlestar, his fur still a little matted from his nap before the Gathering, walked into the area. Okay, he wasn't late. Good. ShadowClan was here, everyone else... well, they were somewhere. They were coming of course. He walked towards the tree and took his usual spot, looking over whoever cats were here and unmatting his fur.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Hollypaw stalked after Littlestar, still in a foul mood. Her mentor, Thrushflame, had been glaring at her the whole trip! What was up with him?! It was like he had a grudge against her or something! They barely even spoke to each other for StarClan's sake!
Re: Fifth Gathering
Thrushflame made his way next to a bare shrub, annoyed with the fact he was here, with all these other cats. He hated company. He dug his claws into the ground and made himself aware that he wasn't supposed to fight in Gatherings.
Griffonpaw looked calmly back at Cloudfrost, losing his fierce look for a moment. "We both now we'd rather get our claws bloody than try sharing tongues with these guys." he kidded. "I won't do anything that you wouldn't." he took on his bold face and angered air again.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Cloudfrost smiled. "You got that right. But starting a war will help no one here." He sat down, a little nervous to go any further. When they'd arrived a the Gathering place, water had come all the way up to his belly fur when he'd come onto the island. The water extended all the way up until it swamped the reeds towards the middle of the island. It was flooding. They wouldn't be able to come here after this moon if the rain didn't let up.
Re: Fifth Gathering
Griffinpaw laughed. "We could take all five Clans on all at once." he mewed under his breath at him. He sat beside him, hoping someone would come over and try to mess with them.

OOC: *Crying* If only Houndeh was here.
Thistlefur sat down next to Ferretflight, not speaking a word. Shame prickled his pelt, and he was surprised it hadn't caught fire.
Blacksnow padded after Littlestar and sat obidiently in her spot, eyes half closed, waiting.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Sappirewing padded behind her leader, Littlestar. The medicine cat looked around, only ShadowClan was here besides them. "I wonder were the others are .." she mummbled to no one in particular. Before she would find a place to sit she would wait for the other medicine cats to arrive. The other Clans would be there soon, well, she hoped. I wonder what the leaders shall talk about this gathering ...
Cindercloud padded up beside Hollypaw, and took a spot in the grassy floor. The wind gently blew her just groomed fur, it felt nice actually, and the night sky looked as beautiful as ever. She looked around, observing what was there, only ShadowClan was there. I guess they were a bit early. Oh well. She looked over at Hollypaw, she looked upset and angry. "Whats wrong Hollypaw? Aren't you excited that you were picked to join the gathering?" she asked.
Solarscar padded behind Redstar, he noticed a few FireClan cats, but no other Clans had come yet. The young tom went and sat beside Blacksnow, were the other deputies sat. "So, hows prey running over in FireClan?" he asked, trying to start converstation with the other deputy.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Silverstar, clan in a wide stream behind her, bounding into the Gathering place, eyes ahead. She knew that what she was proposing was crazy, insane and that she may or may not be tackled tonight. She hadn’t even told ThunderClan yet. But what would happen if they didn’t go? If they stayed and were broken from the weather changes and problems? She was mildly sure some of the other ‘journey’ cats as Leopardstrike called them, would have told their leaders. But did they actually take them seriously? Silverstar’s trust in Leopardstrike was full, and if he believed they needed to, then they needed to. But if the other clans refused; would ThunderClan go it alone? Her mind whirled but as moonlight bathed the clearing ahead of her, already filled with ShadowClan and FireClan cats, she remembered StarClan was watching and hopefully rooting for her.
So with that last thought, the silver leader leaped onto her spot on the tree, sweeping her thin tail over her dainty paws, and waited for the others to arrive.
---
Crypticspark, drawing near the back of the FireClan pack, focused her eyes ahead. She couldn’t lose control tonight. She couldn’t allow herself to go mad and hurt anyone. When she reached the bottom of the Gathering place, paw thudding on the slick grass that was all that could play over in her mind. For that singular reason, she stayed planted in one spot, hoping no other cat would come over and possibly anger her. The moon, at its fullest, was glowing strangely bright tonight, and the she-cat felt a sense of fore-boding. She shrugged it off, blinking slowly and trying to clear her mind. Littlestar looked calm, unwavering. If only she could feel that way. Or even look it.
---
Aquapaw, following after Silverstar faithfully, was at her first Gathering. Truthfully, she was quite amazed by how large the place was, and how the scents mingled. From what she could tell, most of the clans were not here yet. She was overwhelmed as bodies whizzed by her, spinning her in different directions and carrying her with them as the flow moved her. Finally, she was spilled out of the current, blinking rapidly to take in all of the new surroundings. She watched as a few of her clan mates went to mingle with the other clans and she reluctantly began to pad away from them, looking over her shoulder and-
THUMP. The slender she-cat had accidentally slammed into a ShadowClan apprentice, one who had a fierce, angry look on his face and had his claws unsheathed, the white gleaming. She looked up with alarmed eyes, noticing the fact that the cat was taller than she and could kill her in no less than a second. The second thing she noticed was the cat beside him, a full warrior, although with a cloudy gaze, still looked intimidating and better than she. Although Aquapaw was usually submissive, she stood her ground, staring strangely boldly at the apprentice. Her paws did move a step back however, and she was quite sure her voice wavered as she murmured a sincere ‘sorry’.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Griffinpaw growled fiercely, "Get away from me, flea-bitten pest." he snarled at her. He turned his head to Cloudfrost, "See what I mean?" he growled, truly annoyed. His neck fur rose on its ends and his stub of a tail wavered back and forth, his ears pricked forward, ready to jump into a fight as quick as lightning.

Re: Fifth Gathering
OOC: *doesn't remember which cats are supposed to come to the Gathering*
Leafpaw bounded into the Gathering, perfectly excited. Her first Gathering! Batpaw was right, she'd come here eventually, and because of it, she felt more like a member to the clan. She was participating, in a way, with the clan needs. She'd be able to voice her opinion, to some extent, but still, she'd be here for it. "Hey, Aquapaw!" She said quickly as she went past her and the two ShadowClan cats, oblivious to what they were doing.
Branchtwist walked in behind Aquapaw, really not too enthused about this even. He was at first, but as he started to near the area, his motivation started to go down. Gatherings were just rabbits ready to attack. They seem harmless, but something just makes it go haywire, like that. Branchtwist turned his attention to the ShadowClan apprentice who so rudely adressed Aquapaw. He growled at him. These cats were always trying to start fights.
"Keep your paws on the ground, you bee-brain! No one is trying to start a fight with you. She said sorry, so just take it and leave it at that. And sheathe your claws, this isn't a battle ground for StarClan's sake."

Re: Fifth Gathering
Aquapaw flinched back at his growl, breaking her stance, and slitted her eyes. Were all ShadowClan warriors really that bad? Stories were true she supposed. The apprentice couldn’t manage a snarl or a tone as nasty and full of icy hatred as his, but she pulled together a steady mew, as it usually was. The truce protected her, for now, and she knew Paintpaw would be somewhere around to come to her aid. Well, if she wasn’t too busy flirting with other tom-cats…
“I didn’t mean anything.”
The retched stench of him nearly made her nose wrinkle as Branchtwist, thankfully, stepped in and told off the ShadowClan tom.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Griffinpaw turned his attention to the newcomer, "You've got no part in this, back off." he spat. He dug his claws even farther into the ground, so close to pouncing at anyone of these cats, except Cloudfrost of course.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Paintpaw looked around, she had never seen the gathering place before. it was her first gathering, and she was so excited that Sliverstar chose her and her sister Aquapaw to go. The large tree loomed over the large grassy area that the Clan-cats sat on and the wind gently blew the leaves, it sounded like they were singing. It was so nice here. She notcied many cats talking to eachother like they were good old buddies. I thought you were never supposed to have friends in other Clans... Paintpaw looked up at the large tree, there sat the leaders of the Clans and under neath sat the deputies she noticed.
Paintpaw padded up beside her sister, Aquapaw and Leafpaw and Branchtwist, she hadn't even noticed the fact that her sister and a large, stinky cat were about to rip eachother to shreads. As she came closer she realized that he looked like he actually would attempt to fight. At a gathering! She padded beside her her fur brushing up against her sister's. "Who do you think you are?" she growled back, not afraid of what would happen if she got into a fight at a gathering.

Griffinpaw glared at the new she-cat, almost the same scent as the one who ran into her. Siblings. he thought. "I'm a ShadowClan cat with sharp claws and good fighting skills, so just keep walking." he retorted quickly.

ooc: Wow, my last post didn't make sense, of well im too lazy to change it. :3
IC: "Yeah, well .... " she paused, not really knowing what to say. "That doesn't mean you have the right to back talk her." she snarled. She knew it would be a stupid thing to fight, she had barely started her training!! But, when Paintpaw was mad she usually did some stupid things...

"Maybe you should stop instigating!" ShadowClan was just like Britian, just doesn't know when to quit, bringing up battles everytime someone sneezed. Why couldn't they just shut their mouths for just a second? These cats needed to learn how to keep their members in check!

Re: Fifth Gathering
Aquapaw placed her tabby tail in front of her sister as she started growling, silently holding her back. The small she-cat turned on her paws, a now calm expression on her dainty little face, and padded away without a word. She looked over her shoulder carefully, taking a quick last glance at the ShadowClan apprentice, pale green eyes a glimmer, before scooting her aim towards the tree, where some of the leaders were Gathering. She planted herself in a spot, aiming to keep her emotions in check. He was a rude, ignorant cat, and she would just ignore him. She wasn't a cat to prevent more agravation.
ooc- *just realizing Whisperwind isn't here yet*
Whisperwind slipped into the Gathering, murky blue eyes a dark whirlwind of feelings. Mostly apprehension. Silverstar looked uptight; all the cats did. The tom looked to the scents of ThudnerClan and found multiple ShadowClan cat's reek intermingling. He went down to check it out, paws making no sound on the dewy grass. He caught some of their argument and kept a good fox-length away, staring at the group, an amused look on his face. Some cats were so touchy.

Griffinpaw held back a self satisfied grunt, "Now she's got the right idea. Get out of here." he growled his last sentence, his gaze fierce. He looked over at the small ThunderClan cat with his angry amber eyes for a brief moment, then he directed his attention back to the cats surrounding him.

Re: Fifth Gathering
Cloudfrost ignored the other apprentices. "Who all are here? There are too many new scents." he hissed to Griffonpaw, eyes narrowed with frustration. He hated feeling helpless. Hated it more than anything in the world.
-----
Hollypaw looked over at Cindercloud. "My mentor is acting like he has ants in his fur," she said simply, casting an emerald glare at Thrushflame.
-----
Rockpaw bounced after his sister, Leafpaw, into the Gathering Place. "Wow! It's so big!" he purred, nudging her shoulder. He hoped that that RiverClan tom he'd caught Leafpaw with a moon before wasn't here. No matter what Leafpaw said.
