Morning Duties, Continued (Closed)

Fellmoon walks with Barkfur, reaching the Elders Den with no other mishaps, and when they walk in he asks the Elders, "Do you have anything you would like us to help you with?"

"Yes, Frostheart sent us here to help." Barkfur mewed gently.

"Sigh, yes Frostheart", Fellmoon says, the frustration clear in his voice.
"I also wish gain the advice of those older and wiser then me", Fellmoon looked at each of the elders in turn, that did not look very busy or asleep.

Treehunter repeatedly banged his head into the side of the elder's den, kneading his worn paws into the hard earth as to where he slept. His eyes were closed but twitched open as a retarded cat stepped into his abode. Like ice, he stopped immediately, and stared directly at Fellmoon, frozen completely in place. This lasted for at least ten seconds, before he seemed to melt, slumping onto his now hollow stomach loudly. With a sniff he growled at Fellmoon, not noticing the fact that Barkbutt was standing there.

"BRING ME A SQUIRREL SLAVE!"

Obviously he hadn't heard yet that Treehunter wasn't ... wise. At least not most of the time.

Fellmoon stares, but moves forward with the squirrel. Though he had never been in the Elders Den, he had not expected a cat like this. He looks over to Barkfur, as if asking “what do I say?”

Barkfur returned the stare, saying "Go get one furball!" her eyes seemed to yowl. "Treehunter, may I check you for ticks?" she politely asked, trying to get on the elder's good side.

[FellmoonX]

“Treehunter, what do you know about Frostheart”, Fellmoon asks the senile old cat after the cat had ate the squirrel, wondering if he would be able to get anything out of him.
ooc: I'm going to improvise, hopefully Fellmoon gets something.

"Yes, Frostheart." Barkfur repeated, not sure what Fellmoon was trying to get at.

Treehunter decided Barkbutt was worthy. He seemed nice enough. He nodded once, keeping his wry eyes on Fellmoon. The squirrel he brought was devoured in seconds. At least he was good for something. The elder's head was cocked curiously to the side, wondering what they wanted to know about Frostheart.

"Well little minions ... Frostheart's a solid cat. Silverstar picked him after Rainpelt turned into a birdbrain. She's probably dead now. Ha. What do you REALLY want to know Barkbutt and Failmoon?"

Barkfur glared at Treehunter, showing her fangs harshly. "Listen you old fool, we're not your slaves. We're here for a punishment we didn't commit and we're just trying to get it over with." she growled.

Twilightkit like most of the time was curling into a tight little ball among the wise elders. Just hoping to soak up their knowledge. It was so much more calm than the nursery. And those nose-dripping fools only wanted throw moss at eachother. While he was an intellecutal and loved to spend time with the brilliant minds of the older generation. He had only awaken to find Barkfur, hurling insults at the frail old tom, Treehunter. Instantly he was flabbergasted. "AND YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE WARRIORS! First, you beat up a kit, second; you challenge your deputy, and now... You're making fun of this poor elder! Get out! You don't deserve to be in the presence of greatness."

ooc- I feel an urge to have Treehunter attack Barkfur. I think I will have him do so.

The 'old fool', growled back, pushing himself up on his limbs, back legs hunched. It was tree hunting time. Treehunter launched himself on Barkfur, landing scare oh her shoulders, pinning her to the hard, dusty floor. He glared at her, muttering into her ear.

"Do you see the future punk? No. I didn't think so. Did you have your sister kill her own mate then run and die? No. So if you wanna critisize me like a little code-breaking moron, have fun. You'll never see what I've seen. Nor what I see still."

It would be fun to see Barkbutt's death before it happened. Tehe. Little Twlightkit was such a darling little thing. Standing up for him so valiantly. He stepped off the she-cat before turning, basically blocking out the foxdung of a cat. "You have some brains jiggling in your head Twlightkit."

Fellmoon was silent for a moment as he pondered his answer, and while he thought he gave another squirrel to Treehunter. After hearing Barkfur's comment and seeing the problems it was causing he says to her, "Barkfur please not now, it's okay", and looking at Treehunter he says, "I apologize for Barkfur. You see we are still both upset about what has happen today, but at the same time, that gives us no right to take it out on you or any cat, Treehunter".
Fellmoon ignores Twilightkit for now and continues “There is so much I don’t know, I grow up with cats so different from the ones here… I came here looking for a group that would allow me to protect others, where I would be respected not for my ability to hurt or kill others but to instead guard lives. I got into conflict with Frostheart today and…", Fellmoon sighs, "I’ll just start from the beginning”, and Fellmoon describes what happened to Treehunter and the other elders, of Dewpaw running around knocking into him and him considering asking for Silverstar for the chance to mentor her, of Flopsiekit jumping at him and Fellmoon catching the kit by the scruff, of Frostheart reaction and Fellmoon’s punishment, of their conflict when he returned from said punishment, and him being forced to come here to the elders den as if a kit. “What would you suggest me doing about this situation, and what could I have done different”, Fellmoon asks Treehunter and the elders.

Barkfur glared at Fellmoon harshly, she whispered in his ear. "I'll take care of my own fights." she snarled. Then she leaped over Treehunter, landing on her hind paws, she swung around with her paws outstretched. She hoped to land a blow on his leg, then she sent her head down, jaws gaping to bite the elder's leg. She jumped back after her jaws closed in on something, she had to avoid a counter attack. If there was one.

Treehunter watched, smirking wryly at the faliure of a warrior. Sure, he was old, but he had so much more experience. Her paw swung out harshly, but he saw it in his mind, a flicker of a move, before she tried it. Thus, he had already stepped clear out of the way moments before it came whooshing by. Her face grinded into the dirt, or more, his squirrels. Then she attacking/making out with his prized squirrel. Freak.

"Why are you biting my squirrel collection?"

She jumped back, likely still thinking that the prey was actually his leg. What a stupid thing. He glared at Fellmoon now; how could he ask for answers when this lunatic was attacking him?

Barkfur spat out the skinny squirrel. "You dare not fight me, you ignorant old fool?" she spat.

Treehunter chuckled before turning his back to her. Silly little Barkbutt. So ignorant. So schtupid. Like really, cats needed to understand 'respect your elders'. He plopped down on his stomach before pivoting back to her. "I can predict anything you decide to do. Any move, any battle stance. Now who's ignorant?"

He cocked his head to one side, weighing his options. Fight her and pwn her or stand back and let her look like a fool. The second one. She was such a fool ...

"You owe me a squirrel. You ruined my collection foxdung."

Barkfur growled fiercely. She tore up the squirrel ferociously, pieces went flying, some on Treehunter. She stood in front of him, her fangs gleaming, "I owe you nothing." she spat. She turned around and stalked out of the den. She stomped out of the camp into the territory.

Frostheart cleared his throat at the opening of the ThunderClan Elder's Den, he looked at Barkfur with a steady gaze, stopping her from leaving the den. "Really... First, kits now elders. Next, I assume you'll be killing Medicine Cats or Leaders." He shook his head, something was wrong with these warriors in his clan... Seriously? Beating up Treehunter? Why the heck would anyone do that? "You know. I've been letting you both off to easy, from now on, you're going to live in the middle of camp, guarded day in and day out."

Barkfur hissed horribly. "First, Fellmoon did nothing wrong to that kit. Treehunter is an ignorant old fool, if you can't see that your as blind as a mole in a cave. You have no right being deputy." she spat, then she whipped around and stalked out of camp.

"Actually, moles see with their nose and hands so I wouldn't be very bli-... You know never mind." he murmured. That Barkfur was such a bit-. He shook his head. "And where do you think you're going? If you leave camp, you'll be treated as a traitor!"

Barkfur kept walking. What a jerk. Her tail swished in the air with annoyance and her whiskers kept twitching in anger.

A look of utter horror passes over Fellmoon’s face as he watched Barkfur attack Treehunter and then their continued exchange. What makes it worse, if such a thing is possible, is that Frostheart saw it happen. “I will stop her”, Fellmoon says briefly to Frostheart before chasing after her.
