Whisperpaw and Mistpaw's Dream[Closed]

[Naruto]

Petalclaw padded up to Spirit's Lake,eyes grim. Thunder had told her to summon Whisperpaw and Mistpaw for the battle against NightClan,and she was fearing for their lives. She crouched at the edge of the starry lake,lapping at the cold water and closing her eyes. "Whisperpaw and Mistpaw,come to Spirit's Lake..."she murmured softly. Then she stood,opening her eyes. In a few moments,the two apprentices would appear on the edge of the lake,sharing a dream of prophecy.

Luckily both of them had been asleep,so they both appeared with no problems. "Wake up,"she growled,her voice tight and grim. She noticed that Mistpaw woke up first,her blue eyes flashing open in alarm. "Petalclaw?"she asked,eyes wide now and staring up at her.

Whisperpaw blinked once, suddenly awoken from his dream to find ... StarClan? But no, it must still be a dream. His eyes were sceptical and harsh, surprised sure, but certainly not happy to be called upon and sent here. He looked around, until his gaze fell upon a shining she-cat. Apparantly Petalclaw. Mistpaw looked as she was having hysteria beside him. Wimp. He didn't dip his head, as he probably should have. Instead, he muttered to the StarClan cat simply.

"This better be about all of our problems in the clans."

The tom knew it must be important, else the she-cat wouldn't have brought both of them here. His whispy tabby tail shivered, a sense of premonition and foreboding suddenly coming over him.

Petalclaw frowned. "It is." Her voice was clipped with worry, and she sat down, wrapping her tail over her paws and looking at them both sternly. "StarClan has been going to war with NightClan for quite some time now. They have the upperhand in the battle, and StarClan's superiors have told me to ask for your help." She closed her eyes and, in a shaky voice, said, "We have recognized both of your powers. Mistpaw, you have a unusual connection with StarClan for a warrior-apprentice, as well as the speed and agility of a WindClan cat. Whisperpaw, you have control over the wind. StarClan have called you here for your help." She opened her eyes, looking more confident now that the ominous words were out.

Mistpaw's eyes widened. "What? We have to fight NightClan?"she squeaked. Of course she was overjoyed to see her sister as always... But this was too much. Then she looked at Whisperpaw, murmuring, "You have powers, too?"
