Shadefall stepped up. "I was on the patrol that brought them back,"he said, eyes glinting with suppressed anger from his confrontation with Crypticspark. He lashed his tail once. "I wasn't going to let them die. If I did that, I would be no better than those DarkClan scum."

"Ah..!" Sorrel was about to explain when her eyelids went heavy. Her body fell from beneath her and she collapsed on the floor. Her eyes flickered open to see one or two of the cats explaining already. When she heard the dominant cat tell Saphirewing to take her and her kits to her den. Sorrel heaved herself to her feet despite extreme exhaustion, dehydration and her grumbling belly.

Duskkit looked up at the she-cat uncertainly, but descided that she was no threat. She turned and saw the apprentice, and ran up to her happily. "Hi Crowpaw! I got to find Littlestar!"

OOC: I'm starting to hate Sorrel.

Littlestar looked over ast Sorrel when she fell, some shock in his eyes. She was very weak, and liable to die. He could see no point in letting her stay permenantely, not that he planned on it, if she was just going to die anyways, or infect the rest of them. But she had kits, and the warrior code stated that no clan cat must turn away a kit, regardless of position. That simple fact, is what made the decision worse, much harder. Otherwise, he could quickly make an assesment, and have her out, regardless if she were sick or not, and ask her to never come again. So the clan can prosper, for reasons obvious.

He flicked his tail, signalling for the cats on the patrol, as well as his deputy, to come with him as he turned and started off towards his den. He was sure Sapphirewing had it under control. For now, he had to see to this matter as best he could. Regardless of any caterwaul or protest, he had to make his decision, and he wasn't sure if the one he made was that one that everyone would like.

Ferretflight hesitated, wanting to help the queen and her sick kits more, but knew better than to ignore the word of her leader. She turned away and followed Littlestar into his den, head down and tail trailing.

Gingersnow started to get impatient. What had happened to FireClan while she had been away? She thought, and she hopped out of the tree with a grunt, accidently hooking one of her black claws. She winced and licked it. It had started to bleed.
"Oh, great SpiritClan." She growled, not knowing about StarClan yet.
"So, kit, you wanna take me to your medicine cat?"

Gingersnow smiled at the kits. She looked at her unfortunatly torn claw and winced.
"Meh.... A warrior, a medicine cat. Whatever. I'd like to get to a medicine cat soon, though. This may get infected." She held up hjer paw gingerly.

Crowpaw looked at the she-cat suspiciously. Would she lash out and attack? She then looked at the two kits.
"Hello, Fernkit. Duskkit, I think you should go play wioth Fernkit in camp. I'm going to bring this cat to the warriors..." Crowpaw shot the she-cat a look.

Gingersnow snorted.
"What, did you think I was going to eat them? Bah!" She laughed, and her tail gave a slight jerk.

Crowpaw gave the kit a hard look, and almost creepy look.
"Now." She meowed slowly and sternly.

Gingersnow raised what could have been an eye brow at the apprentice.
"If you ask me, you look like the type who would have eaten that kit right then." Gingersnow jerked.

Crowpaw glared at the rogue, her green eyes glowing.
