Wanting To Wander(Eagle)

[Goldenstorm]

Badgerclaw looked around the clearing. It had been a full day since Eagleflight had come out of the Medicine Den, surely she was well enough to explore the territory.

the tabby she cat padded over to him with a cheerful look on her face. "i just went to see creamfur's kits. they are coming along, and they'll make great warriors. So, where are we going first?" Eagleflight asked curiously.

[Goldenstorm]

"Well..." he started to think. "How's your legs doing first?" they couldn't go far if she couldn't walk well.

"my leg? its fine. Pinepaw put some herbs on it that he called marigold, the covered it in cobwebs. my clan would have used snakeskin and lupine, but im going to assume the serve the same purpose."

[Goldenstorm]

"They do." Badgerclaw reassured. "Since your fine, I guess we'll cover all of the territory." he stood up. "First we'll head over to the moorland."

when the two cats resched the tip of the ridge, Eagleflight stood up and gazed down at the span of terrritories."oh...wow, Badgerclaw, i dont think ive ever seen something so gorgeous as this! its even more beautiful than the Grand Water back home!" exclaimed Eagleflight with awe.

[Goldenstorm]

"This is all of it. Look to your right, you can see the mountains where the tribe cats live." He pointed his nose.

Suddenly Eagleflight got very exicted. "ohhh.... oh look bagderclaw look!! see that great pool of water? the one that never ends? now if you look towards the horizon, do you see that little strip of land? thats Venomclan territory! ....wow... i traveled a long ways..... well, at least i didnt have to swim here..." badgerclaw looked puzzled. "oh, well you see, theres a path of shallow water that goes all the way here... its covered in reefs and little pocks where we would catch eels..."

[Goldenstorm]

"Interesting. I hope they taste better than rabbits. I wish this territory had more mice." Badgerclaw sighed. "When do you think you'll be able to go there?"

there was a brief moment of silence. "home? well, i'd like to stay here for a bit longer. but when i do have to go to find my clan...will you come with me?"

[Goldenstorm]

"I told you I'd come and help you. As long as you stay in WindClan." Badgerclaw's eyes became soft and sincere.

[Sasori of teh Red Sahndz!]

"ive found alot in windclan... i could never leave. and, when i bring my clan here, it make take them some getting use to, but, they would like it here too." eagleflight said slowly as she thought.

[Goldenstorm]

"They couldn't all come to WindClan, I'd hate to say it, but we may have to split them into other clans. They would choose though." Badgerclaw looked at Eagleflight seriously.

"....actually, i doubt that." Eagleflight struggled to continue speaking for a moment and when she continued her voice was filled with sorrow "the TigerPack would kill us for sport. I........... there will only be a few of us left. and.... after what Adderstar did to their leader Scarface, he would have stopped at nothing for vengeance."

[Goldenstorm]

"I...I'm sorry. I didn't know what happened." Badgerclaw looked at his paws. "I'm glad you made it though." he mewed looking at the pretty she-cat.

"its alright, you didnt know." she said as she muzzled the tabby tom. "and, if i know my clan, they would'nt have given up. not ever."

[Goldenstorm]

Badgerclaw backed up, not because he didn't like the she-cat, she was beautiful and the tom that would find her as a mate would be lucky to even know her. He had to be serious, they would have to make their journey soon. "I they wouldn't give up then we better go soon. Cats could be hurt." he mewed sternly.

[Waffletail]

PINEPAW

''Eagleflight, stop talking and start resting'' Pinepaw mewed from a corner watching the scene, I've done all i can, now you need rest.''
''You may think you're better, but the fact that it may not hurt, doesn't mean you arent still in danger of re-opening the cuts.'' Pinepaw added. Pinepaw went back into his den muttering about Goldenrod shortage. Then, he threw over his shoulder happy news ''But i promise you that you can go out tommorow.''

WATERTAIL

Watertail was limping from the run in with the Riverclan scum. he was dazed, his senses were failing, and he was surprised. Surprised a fox or badger hadn't gotten him. He eventually made it to the clearing, intense pain was throbbing him. He spotted many cats around the clearing, but the ones that stood out most were his apprentice, soon to be warrior, Goldenpaw, talking with an unknown cat. A prisoner? Maybe, but they were near the Medicine den, and thats were he was heading.

When he got there, he spotted the unknown cat resting and Goldenpaw tense. He glanzed at the medicine den and saw Pinepaw looking at him with a puzzled look on his face. Watertail was going to say something, but his vision failed along with his sense of smell. He could only hear Pinepaw's paws going back into the den. Then hearing went away too. And sudddenly, he felt as if his feet were floating on clouds. He collapsed.

Goldenpaw jumped at the sight of Watertail, his mentor. He jumped to his paws, franticly running over to the injured cat. "Watertail! Pinepaw, get over here! He's hurt pretty bad!" Goldenpaw stepped toward Pinepaw, fear flooding in his eyes.
Badgerclaw stepped forward, trying to soothe his fearful friend. "Goldenpaw, calm down. Pinepaw will fix him up and he'll be just fine." he moved closer to Watertail. "Don't move him though." he warned Goldenpaw.

Eagleflight turned towards the fallen tom, and she felt a chill of an oddly warm and somehow starry sensation. As Eagleflight stood at the ridge, suddenly weakened, she saw her body race towards Watertail. She then realized her mother had taken over. Eagleflight took off towards her body and suddenly she was in control again. She saw Serpentail runnig along beside her, and then, they were one. When she reached the scene and looked down apon the fallen cat, she heard her mothers voice bellow inside her head. "Chamomile! Willow! Snapdragon! Lavender! Ash!" filled with unknown strength, she called after Pinepaw. "Pinepaw, try..." he eye looked up into her head as she tried to remember her mothers teachings. "chamomile leaves for nerves, lavender stems for shock, snapdragon and willow for his loss of senses and ash to dull pain and give strength." pinepaw tilted is head, puzzled at the strange list of herbs. "these wounds are more than skin deep." her tail swept over Watertail. "its pychological. his eyes are dialiating. the wounds will heal better and he will be stronger if you also focus on the wounds you can't see." feeling her mother's spirit leaving her, she suddenly felt akward and felt a hot wave of embarrastment and isolation wash over her. she bolted, unable to face the other cats that she felt considered her unwanted and a black sheep.

OOC: it was time to inject eagle with the feeling of being unwanted, i was just waiting for the right moment, and this was it. now, go fret over watertail. :)

Badgerclaw watched the cat bolt, puzzled of what just happened. Goldenpaw was oblivious as to what was happening, he was still stuck on how Watertail was doing. The mentor was hurt badly, but he would heal.

[Waffletail]

Pinepaw tilted his head, still shocked that his friend was bleeding out. Even more shocked that the newcomer was giving Watertail unknown remedys. Pinepaw would question her later though as he rushed over to Watertail and put cobwebs for the bleeding on his cuts, and started chewing some goldenrod into a poultice for aches and the more severe wounds on his neck and underbelly.

Watertail opened his eyes, and the familiar pain seared his wounds. His heart started puping fast and as a result, his wounds were bleeding more furiously. He saw Pinepaw pressing the cobwebs in his wounds, stopping the bleeding.

[Goldenstorm]

Badgerclaw nudged Goldenpaw, trying to make him snap out of his out of world reality. "See Goldenpaw? Pinepaw has him taken care of. Let's let him rest." he tried to push his friend away from his mentor. Goldenpaw was sitting still not hearing Badgerclaw's words, lashed out with unsheathed claws when Badgerclaw tried to push him away. Badgerclaw jumped back and pinned Goldenpaw down, the apprentice was clumsy when he was like this. He grabbed the cat and dragged him to his den, Goldenpaw was wriggling about, but couldn't get out.
