Silverstar padded out calmly, dark clouds hanging above still like a mystic cloak. Nonetheless, the she-cat's voice was strong, full, as it rang out to her clan.

"Although we have had a tough season, we have multiple kits ready to become apprentices. By naming apprentices, we show that ThunderClan will survive and remain strong. From this moment on, until Mistkit has earned her Warrior Name, this Apprentice will be known as Mistpaw. Barkfur, you are now ready to take on an apprentice. You will be mentor to Mistpaw. Barkfur, you have shown yourself to be a warrior of courage and patience. I'm sure you will pass on all you know to this apprentice."

She smiled down at Mistpaw before carrying on to the other kit in need of apprenticeship.

"Dawnkit, it is high time you begin to fill the shoes of the warriors around you. You have waited long enough for this moment. Dawnkit, you will be known as Dawnpaw until you earn you warrior name. Raindapple, despite your injuries, I believe you are ready. After you recover, which I'm sure will happen very quickly, you will mentor Dawnpaw. You have shown us all your strength and caring nature. Dawnpaw will be in good paws."

Silverstar nodded, waiting for the cheers.

Mistpaw looked up at Silverstar,pride in her eyes. She padded up to her new mentor,her pelt bristling with excitement.

Raindapple looked up in astonishment,but her eyes quickly filled with warmth. "Thank you. I will do my best."

Dawnkit, wait, no, Dawnpaw, grinned until it was hurting her.
She looked around for Raindapple, and she found her- she seemed very nice, and Dawnkit couldn't wait to get training, after Raindapple recovered.
She padded up to Raindapple, cautious because of her injuries.

Redwhiske mewed happily.
"Dawnpaw! Mistpaw! Dawnpaw! Mistpaw." Starting the chorus of mews.

"Hello,Dawnpaw."Raindapple said warmly,dipping her head to touch her nose. "We'll get started with a place to gather the best moss,and I might be able to show you the hunter's crouch along the way. Until I get better,we can't do any battle training,alright?"

"Dawnpaw! Mistpaw!" Branchpaw chanted over and over like the rest of his clanmates. Now there were more apprentices in the den. He remembered his big day, his excitement, his joy. Oh, all the things that came with being an apprentice. He could imagine himself learning new skills and move to use in battle and hunting. He knew Dawnpaw and Mistpaw would enjoy it.

OOC: But Branchpaw was wrong because HIS MENTOR DOESN'T TRAIN HIM! *glares at Hawkfire*

Mistpaw ducked her head shyly. Can Petalclaw see me? she wondered,looking up at the sky. She knew she would have a visit from her in her dreams tom=night. Or will I go back to Psychcia's place?

[Raintalon]

Raintalon looked warmly upon the two new apprentices, joining in with the chants. Padding up to Raindapple and Barkfur, he mewed his congratulations before stalking over to the fresh-kill pile to grab a starling.

Dawnpaw grinned excessively, it really did pain the young kit.
She touched noses with her mentor, then soon after, started bounding around in circles.
"Kay, kay, okay, hunters crouch!" she blubbered, tripping on herself.

Flashfire smiled.
"Dawnpaw, Mistpaw, Dawnpaw, Mistpaw!" he yowled, then laughed heartily. "Always was a bold one, that Dawnkit, er sorry, Dawnpaw!"
Flashfire looked at Raindapple with a smile.

Raindapple smiled back at Flashfire. "You need to balance your weight evenly on all four paws."she mewed,falling into a stiff crouch. "Okay,not exactly like this,but that's only because you have a good shoulder."she joked.

Mistpaw glanced around. Where is Barkfur?

Barkfur was so shocked to hear her name called, she found herself parlyized. She knocked herself back into the forest and sped off, embarrased, to meet her new and first apprentice. She reached her head down to hers to touch her nose, a apprentice ceremony tradition.

Mistpaw reached up,her front paws barely on the ground,to touch Barkfur's nose. Her small form shivered from the cold.

Barkfur reached back from Mistpaw's nose after they met. "Congratulations Mistpaw." she mewed. She started to pad to the edge of the clearing, she flicked her tail for Mistpaw to follow.

The tiny silver tabby scampered after her mentor,blue eyes shining with excitement. Mistpaw wasn't about to tell anyone about the mysterious gray cat she'd seen right beside her during the naming ceramony;she knew it was Petalclaw from the familiar,yet strange star-tinged scent that filled the air around them. She was gone now,but Mistpaw could still feel her ghostly presence.

"Well, your my first apprentice, so I'll let you choose what kind of training we'll start with." she meowed gently to her new apprentice, Mistpaw.

"Um,"Mistpaw mumbled quietly. "I guess I want to learn about fighting?" Her shy mew was hardly audible from the chanting yowls behind her,the sound of several cats calling her name. She looked down at her paws bashfully.

Barkfur couldn't help, but let out a soft chuckle. "There's no need to be shy with me. Your an apprentice now! You have a right to speak your mind. Come on, let's go to battle hollow." she spoke.

Mistpaw nodded,following her mentor silently.

She dropped into a hunter's crouch, though lopsided and a bit forced, she did seem very proud of herself.
