Echodrop smiled back, giggling softly. "I am Echodrop, ThunderClan medicine cat. Excited for your first meeting?" The wind buffeted her fur, an icey brr that shivered over her slender body.

"Very," Featherpaw responded, "I'm a little nervous, though. I think I'm making it worse on myself by thinking about it." Featherpaw squinted her eyes when the icy wind blew in her face. She turned her head, getting the chill from her eyes and face and forcing her to hit her on her neck. She shivered at the cold, but recovered quickly.

Still shivering, Echodrop replied back, calm and composed despite the chills going through her. "Don't worry about it. It shall be very easy and you need not fret." The wind died down and the medicine cat took a long, deep breath; cleansing her cluttered mind.

"I'll try not to!" Featherkit said with a sort of laugh. She nodded her thanks to Echodrop, grateful for her reassurance, even if it was small.

Ripplesong spun around at the wolf. "Nothing much..." She grumbled, lashing her tail a bit. "We are just waiting to start..." She looked back at the other Medicine Cats. "Can we start now? There are Kits to take care of back at my camp... And an Apprentice with a sprained ankle..."

I thought Nightleaf was Thunderclans medicine cat, and Moonpaw was his apprentice.

Featherpaw nodded her head, now they could start. She watched her mentor's movements so she'd know exactly what to do. She didn't want to mess everything up and end up being the only one not seeing their warrior ancestors.

Featherpaw padded over to the rock and lay next to it. She shifted around, getting herself in a comfortable position on the cold surface. Just as her mentor did, Featherpaw pointed her nose at the stone.

"So, lets start this thing.." Ripplesong mewed, touching her nose to the stone. She closed her eyes, and felt herself drift into darkness.

Bic: MoonEcho padded around the Snow covered stone with her mentor. "What have you got to share with me, Starclan?" she murmured. She layed down next to where her mentor layed(hopefully)

She stared blankly at the stone, "I want to know if I was ment for this, please!" she mumbled barely audible. Gathering her paws underneath her chest she pressed her nose to the stone, and felt cold darksness overtake her. Here I come Starclan!

Thunderpaw and magically Barkwood appeared next to the snowstone. Thunderpaw pressed his nose to the white stone, waiting for a vision to hit him. "I'M SO EXCITED!!!"

Featherpaw pressed her nose against the Snowstone. She felt the shock of cold that shot through her body, making her fur stand on end and her eyes widen. Sh knew it would be cold, but not this cold. Before she had time to pull back from the freezing stone her limbs began to feel heavy as well as everything else in her body. It was like a whole new level of lethargy. Her eyes closed and she drifted off to sleep. Drifted off to meet NightClan...

The Snowstone was painted the color of the sky, when there is no stars, and no moon. Nightclan... Has... Arrived...

::Ripplesong::

Ripplesong awoke in a raven black forest, one darker than the Darkclan Forest! This must be the Darkest Forest... Nightclan's hunting grounds... She thought, stalked through the pine trees. She twitched her tail. Where is Nightclan? She hissed to herself.
"Patience, Ripplesong..." Came a voice from the shadows.
"Who's there..." She called, twitching her tail.
"I am Hawkfrost... Main Deputy of Nightclan..." A massive tabby tom, with icy blue eyes, stepped out of the shadows, only his eyes being seen.
Ripplesong tilted her head. "What is the newz that Nightclan wishes to share?" She lashed her tail a bit, her ears pricked.
Hawkfrost flicked his tail, signaling for the Medicine cat to come.
Ripplesong followed, twitching her tail. The tom led her into a large camp, with a black pool in the middle.
"Welcome, Ripplesong, to Nightclan's camp..." Another voice spat. A large, orange she-cat stepped out of the shadows, eyes gleaming evilly. "I am Rage... Smallflower's mother... And, the Grandmother of Hollowpaw, Pyropaw, Maplepaw, and Featherpaw..." She paused. "You seek wisdom, no?"
"Yes..." Ripplesong answered, straightening her back.
"Then, come.." Rage lad her to the black, murky pool. There, Hawkfrost was waiting.
"A pool?" Ripplesong snorted, lashign her tail.
"Silence!" Rage hissed, "Just watch..."
"Near future... Darkclan..." Hawkfrost hissed to the pool, with slitted eyes. The shimmered, and showed unknown mountains, moons, forests, Twoleg nests, and more. "Tell Nightstar... That another Great Jouney is to unfold... A storm is brewing..." At that, the pool swirled, and a storm showed. Cats and wolves alike were fleeing, trudging through massive amounts of water. Large, dark storm clouds shown over head, rain falling in sheets, pelting down on the land below, floods rising to were no cat, or wolf could live.
Ripplesong let her maw drop open. "But, when? Why is th-" Ripplesong watched as the cats dissapeared, to where only the pool and the storm remained. She soon was led into darkness, once again...

OOC: Little bit of Powerplaying for Feather, but its just when she woke up! xD

Darkness, darkness, all around... Featherpaw awoke in darkness. "Welcome, Featherpaw, to the Dark Forest... Or, Nightclan's Hunting Grounds...." A voice wispered in her ear. Three pairs of eyes stared from the shadows. An icy, blue stare, a dark, golden stare, and a blood red stare. The Icy stare stepped out. "Featherpaw..." It was a massive tabby. "I am Hawkfrost, main Deputy of Nightclan..." His tail twitched, as he waited for the new Apprentice to speak.

Featherpaw rose to her feet and looked at Hawkfrost in the darkness. She was here... in NightClan! She did everything correctly. And there she was, freaking out at the cold touch of the stone, about to pull back and ruin everything.

She gave a quick bow of her head and then nodded towards Hawkfrost. "Hello, Hawfrost." She looked over at the other two set of eyes, but then looked back at him.

Hawkfrost flicked his tail, and the two other cats came out.
"I am Rage... Smallflowers mother... And... Your Grandmother..." The Orange she-cat hissed, as she stepped out of the shadows.
"I am Serge..." The tom with the blood red eyes spat.
Hawkfrost put his tail on Serge's shoulder. "She is new... So, be nice..." The tabby tom stared back at the Apprentice. "We welcome you as the Medicine Cat Apprentice, mentored by Ripplesong... We wish you the best of luck Healing..." He mewed, dipping his head. Hawkfrost turned, and started to stalk away. He stopped, looking back. "Beware of storm clouds..." He hissed, and bounded away. Rage and Serge muttered their goodbyes, and darted after the Nightclan Deputy.

Featherpaw's ears pricked when Rage introduced herself as her grandmother. So that was her the mother of her... mother. Her kin. And the other one... Serge. She nodded to him as well before listening to their welcomes.

That was it? There had to be more! Right? Maybe not, maybe they didn't have anything to say to her. Maybe because they already told everything to Ripplesong. That made sense. Don't want to repeat things twice.

Featherpaw tilted her head. "Beware of storm clouds? W-What do you mean?" She called after them.

OOC: So I wake up now, right? XD

IC: Ripplesong awoke, some fear flooding off her pelt. Wow... Not what I expected.... She heaved herself up, her glare sweeping across the sleeping cats and wolf. Good... Once Featherpaw wakes, we can leave without the others knowing...

Featherpaw blinked awake. She felt the cold sensation on her now numb nose on the stone, and pulled away. Confusion ran through her mind when she thought about what she saw and heard. Beware of storm clouds... Hawkfrost's warning echoed in her mind. What did he mean by that?

She rose to he feet and turned to see her mentor awake as well. She jumped and her fur stood on end. She relaxed when she realized it was just Ripplesong. For all she new she was still in the dream.

Featherpaw looked at the other cats, their noses still to the stone, each still in their dreams. She then looked back at the stone. If she put her nose back on there would she see NightClan again? Or would she just fall asleep. A question for another day, she figured. Then she looked to the other cats again. Would their dream be interrupted if poked them in the side with my paw till they woke up? Would their visit be interrupted? Would they ever get the message their ancestors wanted to give? Hm... probably not. She shrugged at the thought. Again, it was a question for another day.

Featherpaw padded up to her mentor and waited for her to make the next move.

"Let's go... These Medicine Cats and wolf will take forever to wake..." Ripplesong hissed through slitted eyes. She stalked out of the hollow, away from the Snowstone, onto the long journey home.
