Sunflower left the Nursery, unable to rest. She trotted to the fresh-kill pile and picked a fat squirrel. She found a sunny patch of earth and lay down to eat, hoping for a cat to walk by and talk to her. She stifled a yawn and tucked into the squirrel.

Lillykit burced into the Camp. Shivering hard and her pelt socking wet and shivering. She was only 5 Moons old and she knew she had cought a Chill. She lay down on the floor and coughed hard. Shivering all over she called out "Help, I think iv caught a Chill!" Untill her words ended with a loud sneeze.

Sunflower's ears pricked as a loud sneeze echoed across the clearing. She saw a kit laying on the ground.
"What's wrong?" she asked worriedly, bounding over to the small she-kit. Lillykit was violently shivering and her fur was slicked by water. Sunflower knew the kit must see the medicine cat to cure its cold before it turned into greencough.
She grasped the kit gently in her jaws and tried to carry her to the medicine den. Halfway there, she stopped to rest.
This kit must be at least the weight of an apprentice! Sunflower thought. And being this heavy myself doesn't help either...
With a grunt, she carried Lillykit the rest of the way to the medicine den.
