.....I feel bad (Openedish)

[Wolvine]

Houndpaw dragged a rabbit into camp, setting it on the fresh-kill pile. It was a pittiful amount of prey he had brought back after being out so long. He padded over to a corner of camp, curling up silently. He ignored the rain that dripped off the sides of caves onto him.

[Naruto]

The near-silent pit-pat of paws on stone echoed around the cave. Almost as insignificant as an ant's footsteps in the pouring rain. A small black cat padded into the FireClan camp, her fluffy fur slicked against her sides from the rain. In her mouth she held a tiny mouse. No more than five moons old, by her estimate. But her Clan had to eat.... So she didn't feel too guilty about taking it's life.

Hollypaw shook her coat and walked over to the fresh-kill pile, lying her prey down. She looked up, searching the camp. She'd soon go back out of these protective walls and into the drenched forest, this time for a border patrol. Her green gaze locked onto a familiar sodden pelt, and she padded over, waving her tail in greeting. "Houndpaw!" she meowed, prodding his side.

[Wolvine]

Houndpaw looked up and gave a half-smile and a mumble that could have ment anything. He lowered his gaze again, and gave a sudden sneeze.

[Naruto]

Hollypaw nudged Houndpaw's shoulder with her nose, her eyes bright. "So what'cha doing?" she asked, blinking. "Don't make me claw you!"

[Wolvine]

"Thinkin." Houndpaw mumbled again, this time clearer. "Just Thinkin."

[Naruto]

"Not to pry, but what'cha thinkin' bout?" Hollypaw sat down, looking at him curiously.

[Wolvine]

Houndpaw flciked his ear. "Life." He meowed, slowly, almost resentfully. "Its a bit silly really isn't it?"

[Naruto]

Hollypaw purred and sat next to him, tail curling around her paws. "No. I don't think so." she replied, smiling down at him.

[Wolvine]

"Well, all you do is eat, grow fight a little and then you die. Not much fun really." H0oudnapw sighed, looking at the distance,

[Naruto]

OOC: Wow. He's boring. XD

She shook her head. "You do a lot more than that, Houndpaw. That's the beauty of living."

[Wolvine]

OOC: When he's depresssed.

Houndpaw shrugged, then looked up. "Wanna go huntin or something?"

[Naruto]

"Sure!" Hollypaw jumped to her paws and looked down at Houndpaw, smiling.

[Wolvine]

"lRace ya!" Houndpaw grinned, then charged off out of the clearing.

"You can't beat me!" Hollypaw raced after him, catching up to him after several long bounds.
