Flykit turned and cuffed the cat that landed on her tail, too fast to see more than a blur, then lept out of the way of any incoming attacks and butted Pebblekit.

Cherrydapple looked at the kits playing. She laughed when she saw Flykit butting Pebblekit. She thought, I wish I had some like them. But I have no mate. She said sadly.

Swiftkit twitched her ears at Cherrydapple's words. She quickly ran over to the queen and snuggled into her side affectionately, before running back into the mass of kits. Swiftkit saw Flykit butt Pebblekit, so she ran over, mewing loudly: "I'll attack the rouge, Pebblekit!" She pounced, aming to swipe Flykit's ear.

"Thanks! And I'll watch your back!" Pebblekit mewed as Swiftkit attacked Flykit. Pebblekit stayed close to Swiftkit, ready to protect her from any attackers.

Flykit growled and aimed a swipe at Swiftkit, then turnign and dashing, spinning around and swiping again several times.

Swiftkit dodged most of the swipes and ran at Flykit. "Come on, Pebblekit! Charge!" she yoweled, running at Flykit, paws outstreched.

Pebblekit yowled before plunging at Flykit, eyes narrowed in concentration. He smirked as he sprinted towards Flykit, matching his pawsteps with Swiftkit's.

Flykit, her head having been down, catching her breath, was allerted by the yowls. She smirked and waited till they got close, then lept upwards, hoping her sudden lurch wouldn't give them time to stop, and she would crash down on both of their backs.

Cherrydapple could see Flykit's plan, and was surprised that she would think of something like in such a short time. She will become a good fighter in the future.

Swiftkit rolled over to the side, but Flykit's paw crashed into her shoulder. Swiftkit, thinking fast, grabbed Flykit's paw and yanked, aiming to pull her off her feet.

Swiftkit knew that this would happen so she had her hind legs tucked into her belly like springs. When Flykit landed on her, she released her legs, quite strongly despite her small, agile size.

Cherrydapple turned her back on the kits for a second to pluck a mouse off the fresh-kill pile, ate half herself, and left the other half for Swiftkit, thinking that she must be starving after her play-fight.

"That's exactly why I saved it!" She said, laughing at the kit's eagerness to eat. "You'll be a great warrior if you keep on play fighting like that." An idea suddenly popped into her head. "How about I teach you and every other kit who wants to know, how to do the Hunters' Crouch?"
