Moontail felt giant claws pierce into her fur. She silenced her muzzle by clamping her jaws down, but she had been in enough fights to know what to do now. She flung her hind legs up with their claws unsheathed, if she did this right, like she had done so many times, she would dig her claws into the cat's underbelly as she hit the ground.

Listlessscreech pulled away from Mistpaw. He was coming close to getting his throat ripped out, but he seemed not to notice. He dipped his head back down and opened his jaws wide to clamp around Mistpaw's paw. If he succeeded he would jerk it hard enough to dislodge it or cause immense pain.

OOC: I have no muse for Blackstripe.

Mistpaw yowled as her paw was jerked, feeling it up in her shoulder. It hurts! She clamped her teeth together on whatever she could grab on Listlessscreech, batting at his neck with her one good paw.

Listlessscreech hissed, feeling Mistpaw's teeth enter his leg. It was like an unknown, feeling the pain that was greater than what she had inflicted in him before. He was barely even aware he was on a battlefield, but the strike of pain thrust him into the realization. Suddenly he could clearly hear the sounds of the fighting, the yowling, the dying all around him. He could sense Petalclaw, the cat he barely remembered killing. He was aware of everyone now, not just the cats who were clearly out of place, such as Mistpaw.

Wildly he attacked Mistpaw's ears, he other paw, her face, her neck, everything. Some attacks were precise, others were not. Whether they hit or not was all by chance.

ooc: *Brings in Clayshard for death*

Clayshard had come in late, sleeping. She was frustrated with herself and the fact that she had almost missed a battle, she loved to fight and currently, she was battle-hungry. She saw Mistpaw engaged in a fight with a NightClan cat and she thrust herself at the tom. She yowled as she pounced at him, eagerly outstretching her claws at him.

ooc: just bite her in the neck or somethin.

Listlessscreeches head snapped towards Clayshard when he caught her yowl. He purred as he ducked under her claws and reached for her neck with his jaws as he was knocked off his feet. So many interferances, and just for one cat.

Clayshard felt herself jerk backwards as she felt a fierce stabbing pain cut through her neck, as a matter of fact, she heard it. She struck out with her paws, hopelessly. She knew it was the end of her, again. But could StarClan cats really die twice? It didn't matter, she could already feel her blood, hot and sticky, flow down through her chestnut fur

Listlessscreech pulled himself up, not letting go of the StarClan cat's neck. His nearly completely black eyes bore into her as he adjusted his grip so he could grasp all of her neck into his mouth. With as much force as he could, he attempted to crush the she-cat's neck in his mouth, just like a squirrels.

Clayshard's paws moved slower now, her sight dying as everything turned fuzzy. She looked down and saw the ears of her killer, she closed her eyes for the last time as she felt as though her lungs were about to explode. She gasped as hard as she could, but alas all she could get into her lungs was her own blood. She stopped. Her heart died, her lungs stopped struggling and her brain ceased. Clayshard was no more.

Listlessscreech purred as he lifted his head up from Clayshard. He liked his maw, tasting the blood on his teeth. Delicious. He'd only killed two today, he was aiming for much more than that. First Mistpaw, then Whisperwing, then Ebonypaw and Foxkit, then the other Foxkit who had changed her name to Naruto, Beekit, Slipkit, Ravenkit, all of them. Kill them, or wound them enough to scare them, to show them that Silverpelt was not their place.

Mistpaw screeched and anger as Listlessscreech killed Clayshard, and didn't feel the fiery pain in her ears and paws. She struggled to stand on three paws; her injured shoulder burned whenever she pressed it to ground. She growled and jumped forwards, using her small size to try and slip underneath him and rake her claws over his belly and legs.

Listlessscreech put his attention back on Mistpaw. He watched her, waited for her to jump, counting the time as she slipped under him to her belly. He took the first hit, but before the second could come he reached down to grab her tail. If he got her, he'd try to tug her from under him where her underbelly was exposed. This could go both ways. He could fail in his attempt, he could succeed, or just give her a sore tail, either one.

Mistpaw yelped as teeth met in her tail, and, in desperation, struck out with her paws upwards. Maybe she could jab his belly, and when he ripped her out from under him, rip his own belly open in the progress.

A noise between a purr and a hiss ripped through Listlesssceech as Mistpaw's claws dragged through him as he pulled her from under him. The pain was great, intensified by the length it had been since he'd been injured like that. He was greatful that the wounds that he'd gotten earlier had healed by now, and they just held a dull pain, but the agony.

He intended to make her feel the same thing. With all of the power he could give, he tried to dig his claws in as deep as they could go and rip them up to Mistpaw's chest. And when he finished, he would jump over her, out of the way if she tried to throw in another attack.

Mistpaw cried out as claws were embedded into her chest, making the gash already there deeper and more painful. She reached out with her jaws to try and bite his neck or paws, and scrabbled desperately with her claws. Blood flowed into her silver fur, making it glow like a blood-moon.

Moontail, now bloodied and carrying ragged looking ears, escaped from Blacktail, returning back to the fight Icetail and Mistpaw were engaged in. She growled in anger, she stalked behind Icetail, knowing that he probably already scented her. She darted to his side, running up hard so that she could head butt him, that's if he didn't hear her already. Maybe she'd be able to get her jaws locked into his side and continue from there.

Mistpaw screeched as Listlessscreech's claws ripped across her cheek. He killed Petalclaw! The mere thought sent fury racing through her veins, and she leaped up again with an angry yowl. "I'll kill you however many times it takes for you to really be dead!" Her normally quiet voice was gone, forgotten in the cloud of rage that fogged her mind.

"And I only need to kill you once." And then she'll be in the background. It was the frst time the old cat had spoken a word in the entire battle. His voice carried the note of age, harsh, grating, like the rasp of the most sickly cat. He purred his words as if it were a simple exchange, or he thought her threat was cute, or simply that he treated it all as a game or he didn't care. Whichever one, he didn't show it in his nearly black eyes. Not at all.

He dodged out of the way of her leap and attempted to knock her down on her side, winding her or otherwise. A simple basic move, to start off a new segment of the battle.

Mistpaw felt the breath get blown harshly out of her lungs as she was thrown onto her side, and she lay, winded for a moment. She growled at his threat, and began to push herself to her paws, ignoring her own wounds. The wound from before, the deep claw marks that stretched across her neck, began bleeding again at her excessive movement. It flowed faster and faster, like a river, staining her fur a rust-like red. "Your threats don't scare me," she managed to pant, lunging at him again.

This time, instead of going head on, at the last second she pushed her paws into the earth to veer left, so she could claw at his side.

Siren found no fear in the way Streampath had just killed a cat, nor the way her eyes flashed with a threat. She had survived in a dog-eat-dog world for many moons, becoming a force to be reckoned with. This victory was to be just another plaque on her wall of accomplishments. Unfortunately for Streampath however, this was personal. She had never forgiven her for stealing the only thing she ever loved. Her blue eyes bore down deep into Streampath, speaking in a tone that made the cats around her fur stand on end. Siren was probably too confident, but wasn't she always? "I would if I could. Too bad I ripped out his insides." She glanced over her shoulder and flicked her tail in the direction of her old mate's dead body. She gave no time for the she-cat to take notice as within moments she was launching herself at her, claws unsheathed and filed to deadly points. She was fast, so fast, and the way her body curved was both terrifying and graceful at the same time.

Whisperwind growled, reaching to pull Mistpaw back with outstretched paws, and was stopped. A rabid figure had nailed him to the ground, ripping claws down his side. Petalclaw was dead; Mistpaw could be soon too. The NightClan warrior was powerful and their eyes blazed with an unspoken hatred. Whisperwind yowled and raked his hind claws down the tom's underbelly. He caught a glimpse of Mistpaw, rolling and fighting with Listlessscreach. He spat at the NightClan cat and shoved with all his might upwards, knocking him off and chucking as much wind as he could muster at him. He was flung into a rock and blood splattered on the cats around him, spraying scarlet. He never got back up. Whisperwind turned to search for Mistpaw but she was out of view. Her scent couldn't be picked out of the others. Dodging scrabbling cats he searched...

Calamity felt satisfied with her attack and knew she neede to draw blood from him soon. She spun and lashed her tail, quickly regrouping and charging him. Her movements were fast and right before she got to him she leaped, soaring over his head and putting her claws beneath her to attempt to run them down his back. It must have looked retarded.
