Sparrowflight paused. oh great starclan I'm at the age where i should have a mate now what do I do? sparrowflight realized that she was being rude for not asking who Waterstorms mate was. "so who is your mate?" she asked the tom.

[Mosspaw]

"Oh, umm..." Waterstorm was extremely embarrassed by this question, mainly because he didn't have a mate, he didn't really want to answer. He had to answer, but he didn't know how to without her raising the question of "why not?", but again, he had to answer her some how... "I... don't exactly have one." he replied, bracing himself for an insult or something of the sort.

"oh that is fine Ive never had one either even when i had my old clan." Sparrowflight said reassuringly "Don't worry, I'm sure you will get a mate I mean if i was looking for one I would--" Sparrowflight stopped talking at that moment.

[Mosspaw]

Waterstorm's eyes shot up from the ground, looking straight into Sparrowflight's. "Well are you looking for one?" he asked, immediately regretting he'd said that. Would this cat love one that she'd just met? Now he was twice as embarrassed as he was a moment ago. And then Mosspaw ran out of stuff so he ended his post.

ooc lol Sparrowflight saw the embarrassed look in his eyes "well, while we are both saying things that we would both regret, I think you have an attractive persanality. and yes i am looking for a mate!" she said playfully.

[Mosspaw]

Waterstorm's fur felt as if it were going to explode, why did he have to say that? He felt like burying his face in his paws, and not coming out, but he knew how big of a little kit he'd look like if he did that right now. How could he really love a cat that he'd literally just met a few minutes ago? Well, there's nothing to lose... "Thanks, you do too." He couldn't ask a cat to be his mate, he wanted her to say it, so he wouldn't look like a complete fool.

Sparrowflight had to hide the butterflies that felt like they were about to fly out of her stomach. "well... ummm..." she decided to stand up go next to him and sit without speaking she fell asleep.

[Mosspaw]

Mosspaw put his head down onto his paws, Sparrowflight lying next to him, he also fell asleep.

sparrowflight was dreaming: Sparrowflight and waterstorm were running through the forest their pelts brushing the whole way. all of a sudden the clouds started pouring water and they took shelter in the bushes.

Waterstorms dream:

Waterstorm saw blackness for a long, long time, and he was awoken by a cat outside, but then he went back to his blackness of sleep. He dreamed of running in circles, chasing a mouse, and after a few circles he barreled straight into Sparrowflight, who he had not seen standing in his path. He nodded, and they both went running after the mouse, with Sparrowflight running by his side, they hit a point, and both leapt at the mouse, each landing a paw on it. It began raining, and they both went over and took shelter under a bush.

ooc: lol idk Sparrowflight decided to think as she went on with her sleep can i really fall in love so quickly? is this still life or has this all been a dream is Waterstorm real or is he the cat i have been dreaming of my whole life? she came to a conclusion that these were real and she went back to dreaming the sweet dream as they were hiding under the bush sparrowflight tried to tank if she could talk the words would be something like 'i love you' because sparrowflight knew the difference of real life and a dream so if she said it in the dream no one would know. but still even in her dreams she could not say it for the shock gradually decreased and she choked out the words "i love you!" and her dream then ended. she tried to fall back asleep but just layed there next to Waterstorm.

Waterstorm awoke to water dripping onto his face, he flinched at first, before getting up to grab some moss to patch up the hole. He had forgotten that Sparrowflight was lying there, and who she was for a few moments, before he remembered. He was a little quieter now, as not to wake her, in getting the moss from a rock outside, and coming back in, poking it into the hole. "That should do" He thought to himself, before settling himself next to Sparrowflight once again.

Sparrowflight lifted her head and said "Hello, Waterstorm." she smiled "you don't have to be that quiet i wasn't sleeping." she said. sparrow wanted to jump up and ask him to be her mate but she thought it would be better if he asked first.

[Mosspaw]

"Oh, woops..." Waterstorm said, kind of feeling awkward that he'd just been sneaking around for nothing. "So, what's up? Why are you awake?" He didn't care much that his fur on his head was probably all funny looking, he wouldn't be able to sleep. He saw the first lights of dawn stretching into the den, "Want to go outside? It'd be much warmer out there."

"yeah lets go, but first can i tell you something? I'm glad that I'm here especially with you. Sparrowflight said.

[Mosspaw]

"Oh, well... thanks." Waterstorm said, walking outside, and getting her point, but not wanting another warrior to hear them saying all of this.
