"Really?" DustClaw whispered back "Well you know, I like you too." he finished while he licked his paw and rubbed it over his ear to hide his embarrasment.

"Okay, so what's going on?" Feralpelt asked as she sauntered towards the group. Her tail twitched when she reached the group and looked over them. So... there was someone new there? Her pelt prickled, but she showed no hostility towards the other she-cat... yet.

Silverpelt smiled slightly as she flicked her tail in impatience. She wished to hunt, but didn't dare try to steal again now that her scent was identified. She sighed and looked around, sure she just saw another cat move, but couldn't tell where.

DustClaw could sense something wrong with Silverpelt,he bent over and whispered "Are you hungry? You can get some food out of our fresh-kill pile, I'll hunt later and fill it back up,it's ok" into Silverpelt's ear.

Silverpelt looked at Dustclaw before whispering, "And I won't get attacked?" she smiled slightly before shaking her head. "No. If I eat it, I'll replenish it. Just make sure I don't get attacked..."

Feralpelt twitched her ear in annoyance. She had been completely ignored! Like she wasn't even there. She growled loudly and looked at Dustclaw and the other cat in front of her.

"Dustclaw!" Feralpelt snapped at him. "She won't be taking anything from the fresh kill pile until you two lovebirds go up to Redstar's den and tell him your reasoning for bringing her here." She growled angrily. That cat had no business being here, none at all! And Dustclaw was trying to give out food like prey were as abundant as grass. They barely had any food! The freshkill pile on had a few messily scraps in it.

"OK OK FeralPelt!" DustClaw meowed, annoyed. "Sorry SilverPelt. We'll have to wait." he finished before padding to RedStar's den. "This way." DustClaw meowed to SilverPelt flicking his tail.

Silverpelt nodded and glared at Feralpelt and she hissed, "I would have refilled the pile..."

Feralpelt snorted at Silverpelt's comment. "I doubt it, loner." She walked over to the fresh-kill pile and lay down next to it, looking over at the leaders den, waiting for them to come out.

"We aren't ThunderClan. We don't need anyone else to feed."Cloudfrost growled bad-temperedly,padding over to the fresh-kill pile and picking out a skinny shrew. He devoured it in a few quick gulps and headed out to hunt,pausing beside Feralpelt. "Want to go hunting? We need to refill the pile,with yet another cat in camp."

"I hope we won't," Feralpelt grumbled, "we aren't ThunderClan, we can't just give out charity for ever cat that walks in. If we did our camp would be full to the brim and all of us would be as skinny as twigs." They didn't have nearly enough food to take in every cat wanting to join. She never liked it when rogues or loners joined anyways, she never felt like they really contributed, like they were all just taking their food.

"Sure, we might as well have a good start if we let this she-cat in." Feralpelt agreed. "She looks like a real glutton."
