Looks: A solid black cat with a faint scar on his face which is only visible if the moonlight hits him right. Somewhat larger than a normal cat, but not by much. His gold eyes seem to bore into you and see your true personality, but it soon wears off.
Personality: A dark cat, he is usually a lone wolf (not literally of course.) When he gets mad, he gets somewhat stronger, but no stronger than any other warrior that has fought many battles. He has a way with words and acts as a diplomat between clans, or as a rallying point. He rarely gets tied up in other clan's buisness, but if he feels attached to a certain clan, he will either fight for it, or try to work out differences.
Birth: Clan born

History: As a kit, he was lost in a rebellion of a clan that has dispersed about 20 moons ago. Even as a kit, he fought to protect himself, and an older warrior slashed him across the face, giving him his silvery scar. After wondering around for a couple moons, he was adopted into a strange clan and soon rose to leadership. After almost loosing his life, he helped the clan disperse into a new home and he returned. Not many can determine his reasoning for remaining here, but those who earn his trust never regret it.
RP Sample: Stealthclaw gazes at the moon longingly. Sighing he turned to a small cat behind him. "The moon is almost full." he said before he padded into the underbrush. He opened his mouth to scent any prey, with no success, and he moves on. Stealthclaw finally spots a bird and he starts to creep up on it. The bird notices nothing of the dark shape creeping up on it, until it is too late. Stealthclaw leaps onto the bird, killing it with a claw to the throat, and starts to eat it. Smiling to himself as he buries what's left of the bird, he leaves, looking for another temporary home.

So I edit his history and such so he only has one life, then I'm approved?

Although, he IS a diplomat of sorts, and some Clans don't react well with diplomats, so wouldn't it make sense for him to still have 7 of his 9 lives?

Since he is no longer leader of the clan, StarClan would have taken his lives away. Look at Pinestar or someone such as that.

Brokentail didn't loose his lives, until he was killed by a blow and the deathberries... His name was just stripped, and because Stealthstar on just dispersed his clan, his name hasn't been stripped, yet.

He isn't a rogue because he still assists the clans and he actually wasn't banished. A rogue is a cat that was banished from a clan.
