Sparrowsong padded into the clearing with a mouse and two thursh between his jaws. He dropped the mouse and one of the thrush onto the pile while keeping the fatter thrush to eat. She sat down in a shadowed corner and plucked the feathers off her still warm play. She pushed the feathers into a pile and tore into the bird. She finished and pushed the bones and any left overs into the feather pile. She flattened it and scraped some dirt over it. Then she lay down in the what sun could get through the dark clouds.

"I know,"Spiderfang chuckled,the massive black she-cat seeming to appear out of no where. "But who are we to try and control the weather?"she asked,sitting beside the much smaller tom.
