I'M BORED IN SC!

Kestrelkit lay on the ground, just outside the nursery. His legs were splayed out as just sit there lazily, staring out ahead of him. He waited for something to happen, just waited. There was nothing to do here! It was just sit around, and hope that something interesting happened. Redtstar didn't do anything cool, the deputy was basically dead since the cat never showed himself, the warriors were lazing and complaining, the apprentices little battle moves and hunting tricks ceased to amuse him, and the kits were equaqlly boring. He wanted something interesting!

Instead of looking at some moves and having apprentices critique him for it, but not actually help, he wanted to actualy do something. He wanted to actually try to hunt or do some fighting move. And the apprentices showed the same thigns every day. He had them all memorized! Right down to the slightest movement! He could do it perfectly if he wanted to, but he didn't, just so he could humor them, if he didn't they'll say something about him showing the other kits, or someone will be all jealous, or he'll get praise over and over and over again, and that would get annoying.

How come thigns didn't just... suddenly explode? He wanted to see an explosion! That, would be awesome, but no, they live in the stupid wilderness with no industiral revolution, so they didn't get explosions sinc ethere were no volcanoes.

Boring...

Wolfkit gave a sigh, and watched the snow fall. How long would he have to wait? Every day dragged on and on, and he was bored, Every day was the same; he'd get up early, have something to eat, greet the other kits as they woke, go play for a while, hear the elders abbbling on, watch the apprentices train...How he longed to get out there and make his pawprint on the world.

Kestrelkit turned his head and looked owards Wolfkit. He was so boring. He looked back out at camp, staring. Wow, could this day get any duller? How come he couldn't just... do something cool! Everyone seemed to be doing somethign cool and fun except him, well, except Redstar, all of the warriors, the apprentices, and the kits. The Queens were livin' it up! Maybe not, they just sat around, got fat, and told them all what to do.

ARGH!

[Naruto]

An orange blur flashed out of the nursery, ramming headlong into Kestrelkit. "Oops! Sorry!" Foxkit scrambled back, blinking. Why had she been rushing about so fast? She wanted to improve her speed, of course! Her short, stocky legs didn't let her go too fast, so she was practicing! Can't battle NightClan without training, right?!

Kestelkit's eyes widened as his butt was suddenly pushed into the air. He scrambled to his feet and twirled around towards Foxkit. He was about to bust out a apprentice move, but then he saw it was just her. "That's fine." He grumbled. At least she put some type of excitement in. He sighed and looked back at the clearing, still utterly bored.

[Naruto]

Foxkit sprang back on her paws and raced past Kestrelkit, jumping into the air and swiping both front paws. Then, landing on the ground with her haunches high up in the air, she lashed her tail and twirled about, clawing playfully at the snowflakes.

[Wolvine]

Wolfkit stiffled a giggle as Foxkit rammed into Kestrelkit. "Heyas. Watcha doing?" he meowed, padding over.

Kestrelkit titled his head and looked over at Foxkit? What was she doing? Playing with the snow? The game got old, and Kestrelkit learned not too long ago, that it was tedius. He walked over to Foxkit. "Doesn't that get old after a while?" He asked her, purely curious. Kestrelkit looked over at Wolfkit. "Asking questions," he said almost lamely.

[Naruto]

"Training!"Foxkit squeaked, landing on the ground in a heap of ginger fur. "I'm not playing! I'm gonna get stronger and faster and become ShadowClan's greatest leader ever!"

"Training? From the apprentices?" He asked, pointing a tail over to the apprentice den. "They don't really teach you anything you know." He rolled his eyes and sighed. Just the same thing every day. He knew about... five things. Two attack moves, one defence, how to catch a mouse, and how to catch a bird, nothing after that. That's all they were taught. He yawned as he kept watching Foxkit.

[Naruto]

"No! Griffonpaw taught me these moves, I'm just improving them! Like this!" She leaped at Kestrelkit, fast as a hawk, and fell down onto her haunches, kicking at his front paws with her back feet to knock him down.

Kestrelkit moved out of the way of Foxkit's paw, and quickly to her side. He ducked down and quickly tried to get under her so he could push her off her feet, and then on her back on the ground. It was what he'd learned from the apprentices, though, it wasn't direct, he was just good with memory, very good, though he still had places he had to fix after, he didn't forget out of the way it's supposed to be done.

[Naruto]

Foxkit, her upper-body still in the air, swiveled to slash her sheathed paws across his head as he passed. Her body, already being close to the ground, was knocked over as he hit her, and she flipped over to hide her belly.

Kestrelkit felt a paw graze across his face and he stopped, and blinked. Did that mean he was hit? Ah, oh well. His bored expression was unwavering through the little excercise, and he turned towards Foxkit and sat down, he didn't know that move. just some flippy thing, and a standard move. Griffonpaw was teaching her that? How come he wasn't teaching him that!? Or at least some other apprentice! Really, he didn't know you could get early training! He'd been sitting here with nothing! And they completely ignored him. Hmph!


"He's teaching you that?" Kestrelkit asked, a tad irritated. "How come?"

[Naruto]

She shrugged. "I dunno. I asked him to train me and he did! I can teach you some of the moves, if you want." She licked her chest fur absently. Foxkit's tail twitched;she wasn't telling the whole truth. But she couldn't tell. Oh but she wanted to! So badly. She wanted to spill everything she knew about the upcoming war. But they had told her to keep quiet.

She flicked her ear restlessly. She wouldn't tell. For now.

"No," Kestrelkit mewed easily, "I'm tired of learning moves from apprentices. I think I know enough anyways." It was nice to know he could hunt! But he hadn't actually tried it yet, not yet. He should.. maybe... He wasn't sure yet. "Do you know how to hunt yet?"

[Naruto]

She blinked. "No, not really. I just know the basic crouch." She demonstrated by falling into a lop-sided crouch, her tail sticking up high in the air and her hind quarters waggling.

"Uh..." Kestrelkit looked at Foxkit's crouch. It was all... odd. He walked to her side and fixed her stance where she was situated the right way. "Like that." Griffonpaw really needs to teach this kit something! Really!

[Naruto]

Foxkit now stood in a perfect crouch, but she quickly lost her balance and fell flat on her face. "Ouch!"she squeaked, sitting up and rubbing her nose. "I like fighting better."she declared.

Kestrelkit shrugged. "Fighting seems like a waste of time to me." He sighed and looked over at Foxkit. "Do you think Griffinpaw would teach me something if I asked?" He wasn't too big on it, but it was nice to know, if he could ask. He was hoping it'd be serious, but he had a feeling it wouldn't be.

[Naruto]

"I would think so." She nodded.

Kestrelkit grunted and looked towards the outside of camp. How come he couldn't go out there once in a while? Really, it would be the best! He looked back at Foxkit, and a grin came across his face. Suddenly he jumped at her to tackle her down. "Foxkit!" He whined. "I'm booored! Entertain me."

[Naruto]

"Waaah!"she squeaked, surprised. Then Foxkit smiled, battering at his head and face with her paws. "What do you want me to do? Chase my own tail?"

Kestrelkit laughed and battered back at Foxkit, though unable to see past her paws. "Will you're tail chase back?" He laughed and bit her ear gently and pulled it around. "C'mon! You can think of something! You know how to entertain a kit, don't ya?"

[Naruto]

"I am a kit!"she said indignantly, giggling. Then she stopped, her eyes shining. In a whisper, she said, "Let's go into the forest! We can patrol the borders or something!"
