Wainting for Heatherkit... Paw

Bengalbelly padded to the fresh kill pile and grabbed a plump mouse. He walked a little ways away from pile and laid himself down. He took slow bites of his meal, chewing slowly until he eventually finished it. The food sat in his belly, warming him up. He was full now, and it made him sleepier. He kept his eyes open, though, he didn't want to fall asleep and then Heatherpaw would come over and then he'd be too tired to train with her.

Bengalbelly rested his head on his paws and stared at the warriors den, waiting for Maplepaw to go in and his apprentice to come out. Come on Heatherkit! Bengalbelly called in his head. Or... paw. he added as he unknowingly closed his eyes and fell asleep.

OOC:Um,we're going to pretend this is after Maplepaw took Heatherpaw's shift,Kay?

Heatherpaw prodded her mentor with a paw. "Come on!"she groaned. "The sun rises faster than you do." And he yells at me for nodding off..

Bengalbelly opened his eyes that shot a straight glare at Heatherpaw. The glare went away when he realized it was her. He sat there for a moment, head still on his paws looking at her. I must have fallen asleep. He rose to his feet and stretched. "Lets go," he said grumpily before stalking towards the entrance and out of camp.
