Character Adoption Rules

Same rules apply everywhere else on the forum, but also:
-You can be no more than one leader or medicine cat at any given time
-Ask an Admin/Mod for permission to adopt the character
-No changing the cats in any way--The bios were already created

yeah, I think just cause your admin or mod, doesn't mean you should get special privileges. It's not fair to the other members.
