BADGER!!! (Open to all)

Shadowclaw was out hunting once again. But this time something was different. A new scent filled the air, unlike anything Shadowclaw had ever smelled. His hunting time had become patrol time. Shadowclaw followed the sent and came to an underground den. The ground around the entrance was littered with old animal carcasses. The scent here was stronger than anywhere else in the teritory. Shadowclaw catiously looked into the hole. Suddenly an angered striped face filled his vision. He lept back as the creature jumped out of the hole.
"Great starclan! What is that?" he said looking at the massive black and white creature. He turned in the direction of the camp to alert Shadowstar, but that was dangerous move. The Badger slashed Shadowclaws leg. He yowled in pain. He ran as fast as he could on three legs towards the camp but the badger was fast. She lashed again this time at his face. He roared in pain a second time. Almost at camp! He told himself, Almost there! He kept going. With an injured leg and a bleeding eye it was almost impossible. The badger sat down and groomed itself. Shadowclaw took this as his chance, he darted towards camp. He burst through camp entrance and collapsed in a heap. Everyone was looking at him.
"Badger!" He yowled with all his strenth.
"Badger!"

"Try to blind it!"Oakclaw leaped on to the badger and bit it's shoulder.

Shadowclaw couldn't move. He ached all over and refused to get up. But trying with all his strength he managed to stand up.
"I must fight!" he yowled as he lunged at the badger. He leapt on top of it and bit down hard. The badger flung him off into a large boulder. Shadowclaw lay still his leg was aching madly but he knew he had to iht to the death for his clan. He stood up painfully slow and bit the badgers tail hard. Again he was flung off. But this time he couldn't stand up. He lay completel still. He couln't move because it hurt to much. He gave a yowl of pain as he tried to stand up again but fell down.

With one last efort he hauled himself to his paws. With all his energy left he flung himself on to the badger. He landed just below the neck. He dug his claws so he would not be flung off again. He bared his teeth inching them closer towards the badgers neck. His teeth met flesh as he bit down hard. Shadowclaw could feel the bone. If he could bite just a little further he could kill the badger. Harder still he bit. The badger was writhing beneath him in distress. Shadowclaws teeth net bone. The badger stopped moving and its body went limp. It spun started falling. Shadowclaw was still hanging on. The badger was falling backwards! Shadowclaw could tell it was to late he couldn't jump off now. Even if he did he would get crushed. The badger hit the ground with Shadowlaw still cling for ife on it's neck. The badger was now on te ground. Dead. Underneath was Shadowclaw. There was no movement and no sound. The great warrior could not have survived.

OOC: I will move this to camp. I probally should have already but keep this going. Who knows what will happen to Shadowclaw.
