Rockfall strayed from his hunting patrol as they went in different directions to find more prey. The disaster had left prey scarce, so hunting patrols were now in abundance. Leaving this now dead forest couldn't come sooner.

Rockfall sniffed the air, trying to catch scents of prey. After a while of moving around, he managed to catch rabbit smell. He followed it to the open moors. He twitched his nose. Hopefully, the rabbit would be weak from the disaster, as were most prey because it was pretty far away. Rockfall was fairly convinced he could catch it, though.

The rabbit was munching on something away from Rockfalls vision. Probably some leaves or berries. He stalked up behind, trying to get as close as he could before chasing it. After he was a reasonable distance away. He launched himself into a dead sprint. The rabbit reacted quickly and bolted away from him. That encouraged Rockfall. This wasn't a weak rabbit, and would feed his clan well.

The chase went on for a few minutes, Rockfall slowly gaining. The rabbit never tired; nor did he. The motive of fresh kill kept him going. Eventually, he got in close enough and leaped on the prey, pinning it down then swiftly biting it's neck. He purred as he took a few breaths.

Little did he know he strayed into Thunderclan territory.

A threatening voice sounded from the shadows, "So, you think you can just steal Thunderclan prey do you?" Swift as the wind a she-cat leapt out from underneath a gnarled bush. She was lithe and thin, ribs poked out at her sides. The earthquake had taken it's toll on everyone. Robinpaw's green eyes were blazing, she was far angrier than a normal cat should be at a mere border misconception. Tigerblaze's battle had put her under. It had streched her already fragile mind to the breaking point. The only things she could feel now were anger and sadness. Mostly anger though.

With a low growl she advanced on the intruding tom.

Rockfall narrowed his eyes. What was this she-cat rambling on about? "I never stole any thunderclan prey!" He exclaimed, feeling hurt that this cat would accuse him of this, "And even if I did, you don't need rabbits anyway, you're too slow to catch them," The Rockfall sniffed around a bit, and noticed strong Thunderclan scent marks behind him. He had crossed the border. His eyes widened, but he didn't make a move to correct his mistake. He was looking for trouble, and was going to get it.

Robinpaw snorted at his petty insult. She wasn't in the mood to play games. The prospect of battle made her blood boil. She could see herself already; soaring through the air like perfect poetry, then crashing down like a boulder on on her opponent.

Rockfall could see anger in the she-cats eyes. Yet she was stopping herself from fighting him. She probably wanted for him to make the first move. He wanted her to make the first move, though. "What are you waiting for," Rockfall demanded, sneering, "I stole your prey didn't I? Are you too scared?" He finished with his voice laced in sarcasm, "Thunderclan thinks their sooo great, but you're all a bunch of softies."

Before he finished the word 'softies' she was in midair. "At least we're not scrawny crowfood eaters like Windclan," she snarled. Time seemed to move in slow motion. Every sense was magnified in that instant of freedom from the earth. Every hair on the intruder's pelt was lit by the failing sun. His scent overwhelmed her; rabbits, wind, open space...

The last thing she heard before the roaring of blood took over was a scream. Not a cry from the present time but one from the night before. It was the voice of Tigerblaze. The final sound he made before falling into a deep and terrible sleep almost worse than death.

Her eyes stung as she barreled through the air and towards the intruder.

It worked. The she-cat barreled mindlessly at him. He smirked in the few moments he had before she landed on him. Her eyes were filled with anger and hate. She obviously wasn't trained well. No strategy or skill, just throwing herself in. It would be easier than he thought. The slick black cat slid under the charge of the thunderclan cat, raking her underbelly on the way. He got up from his slide and turned to face the cat, "Don't they train Thunderclan kits better then this? That was pathetic." He could see the rage in the she-cat really boiling now.

Robinpaw winced as sharp claws dug into her underside. Anger wouldn't work here, she could now see that. She attempted to turn her rage into something else. She narrowed her eyes at the invading tom. That had been a lucky shot. She had been caught up in the moment, nothing more. It wouldn't happen again. Where was the power she had used to fight off Sweetfur? She knew that it was somewhere inside her still.

Now she was much calmer. Her blazing stare had turned into a look of coldness. Where could she strike the tom? Her moment of thoughtfulness lasted only a brief second. Quick as lightning she darted back towards the tom. When they were just about to collide she veered of sharply to one side. She lashed out with her whole upper body. She felt her teeth sink into his back leg. Yes!

Rockfall didn't anticipate this. He has anticipated another headlong rush, but the cat seemed to have corrected her mistakes. Before slamming into Rockfall, she strafed to the side at the last moment, leaving an opening for her to bite him. She got him right in the leg. Rockfal howled in pain as he twisted out of her grip. He quickly limped away, and faced her. Now it was time for him to correct his mistakes.

Bronzepelt gave a hiss and emerged from the shadows, his golden pelt shimmering (XD) in the feeble sunlight. He aimed to attack the unwary trespasser's side.

Robinpaw let out a quiet sigh of relief when Bronzepelt stepped out into the open. To be quite honest, she wasn't sure that she could have beaten the larger Windclan warrior on her own.

Another snarl erupted from the bushes as a ginger she-cat burst from the shadows. Her normally soft blue eyes were blazing an azure fire as she surveyed the scene unfolding before her eyes. She'd been on a patrol with Bronzepelt [let's pretend :3] and when he'd disappeared and the sounds of fighting had reached her ears, she set off to find him. And now that she had, she saw a trespasser tussling with the golden tom and another ThunderClan cat, an apprentice with a grey pelt and a red-splashed chest.

Unsheathing her claws, she threw herself into the battle, the sun illuminating her pelt as she covered the distance between herself and the three other cats. All she could hear was the pounding of her own heart. She didn't have time to think; she saw this as an opportunity to release all the pent-up anger and frustration that had been building up inside of her lately.

She tried to remember all the fighting techniques that she'd been taught as an apprentice, but the red haze of battle was overwhelming. She quickly ducked and aimed to come up from under the tom and pin him.

"What are you doing on ThunderClan territory?" She hissed furiously, all attempts to remain cool and composed forgotten.

[Sneezewhisker]

Fangheart thundered out of the undergrowth, trampling it with his huge paws, eating up the ground between himself and the four other cats. When he spotted a Windclan cat, he felt no mercy, just the urge to release all the anger inside him. He charged at him, jumping over the other cats to face him. "And you are doing what here, exactly?" His voice was more growl than words.
