Leaving ThunderClan

Griffinshade padded heavily out of the ThunderClan Medicine Den, walking through the clearing to the entrance. He was going back to ShadowClan. After helping that apprentice get back to her own clan, he could finally go back to his. His muscles tensed as he scented ThunderClan all over. He didn't plan on any fights, but he wouldn't turn one down either. Then again, a whole Clan against one cat wouldn't be much of a fair fight.

A very small silver tabby she-cat was walking into the ThunderClan camp, appearing to be a new apprentice. In reality she was a warrior, named Mistshadow. She dropped her prey, a scrawny mouse, when she saw Griffonshade leaving. She didn't unsheathe her claws, instead tipping her head. She knew Griffonshade had helped Aquapaw. "T-Take care on your way back to ShadowClan," she mewed, shuffling her paws nervously.

Griffinshade pricked up his ears and unsheathed his claws into the earth as he first heard the mew, but was shocked when she gave him a good blessing. He sheathed his claws, turned around, and dipped his head respectfully, "Thank you." He then turned back to the entrance and headed out once more.

"Why are you leaving?" Fangheart asked gruffly. "We need you."
