Looks: Joy has silvery white fur with darker grey flecks. Her tail is almost like a furry whip; long and thin. Her nose is dark pink and ringed with black, and she has large hazel eyes. (If the picture looks a bit strange, it's because I resized it. The original size was much too large.)
Personality: Joy was named so because when she was born, her the corners of her mouth were curled upwards in what seemed like a smile. But her personality couldn't be farther than that. She is nearly always silent, only speaking when absolutely necessary. Her anger often translates into recklessness, and she seems to take it out, clawing fiercely and blindly in battle. She is also quite the pessimist. Joy doesn't like to get too close to others, afraid that she will lose them like she lost her parents, thus resulting in her shell-like personality; one day it might actually crack open. Although they are opposites personality-wise, the closest cat to her is her sister, Melody.
Birth: Loner

History: Joy and Melody's parents were loners. Their mother wasn't strong enough, and died shortly after the she-kits were born and named. Their father had caught greencough, and knew he would die without proper care. He also knew that the kits would die without a queen to nurse them, and he didn't want them to catch the sickness, so without hesitation he left them with ThunderClan. He died soon after.
