Which Wing Structure if Better?

This is supposed to go along with my Pokemon story. These two are pictures of what I think Salamence's wing structure should look like. I just need help on deciding which one would actually work.

Personaly, I like the single one better, but the V one looks more like salamance's wing to me =/

The V bone because the single bone won't provide much support. Also, a single bone would, most likely, mean that it has fingers on it, which, as we all know, Salamance do not.

I didn't think that people would keep posting here.
AND, Membah got the point. I decided the V structure, with a bone that branches out into the middle to keep the wings from ripping when he launches himself off a cliff. X3
