[Mosspaw]

Mudpaw walked along the shoreline, water sweeping the sand off of his paws. "Spark can quickly turn to flame, that's completely true. If that dang Crypticspark even gives me another funny look I'll claw her eyes out." He dragged his paws now, he was pretty far from camp. He found a nice, large rock a few tail lengths into the water and jumped onto it easily. Mudpaw lied down there, the tide splashing up against the rock. He stared up at the sky, it was sunset, and the sun cast beautiful colors all over the sky. They cleared his mind, and it instead filled with the amazing colors of sunset.

Brightpaw followed Mudpaw's scent to the beach. She stopped at the treeline, her eyes finding Mudpaw at the crest of a rock, gazing at the sky.

Mudpaw continued staring at the sky, the colors were getting darker, but each and every one of them was still unique. As the last bit of sunlight was swallowed by the water, Mudpaw stood up, breathing in the moist air. His pelt was soaked from all of the water droplets that clung to his fur. He shook them off, then jumped back down onto the beach.

She sat down as Mudpaw came down from the boulder. "Hallo," she called.

[Mosspaw]

Mudpaw glanced up, and saw Brightpaw sitting over by the trees. "Hello Brightpaw." He bounded up to Brightpaw and sat down when he reached her. "Why are you here?"

"Nothing to do in the camp." she mewed simply, licking a paw and running it over her ear. "Everything got boring really fast, and Littlestar didn't even show to welcome the new arrivals,"

"That would make sense, they just mind their own buisness, and want US to run the camp." Mudpaw mewed, giving Brightpaw's cheek a lick.

Crypticspark, eyes a fury of colors, stepped quietly into the open. Mudpaw must be furious with her. He would never understand the fact that only half the time she can really be herself. Not many ever would. The warm, blazing sun was burning itself out, floating down the horizon. Numb, Crypticspark took a flying leap, off the beach and onto a small island, just big enough for her to rest. She looked upwards, closed her eyelids, and welcomed the warmth. Within moments she was interrupted by voices. Mudpaw. The soon after, Brightpaw.

She refused to move, simply spotting them and turning back. If he REALLY wanted to come and confront her, he could. However, she had no doubt that her second personality would rudely jump in. Maybe it would be better if she left and caused no pain ...

Mudpaw turned around to see the last drops of light fading over the water, but a cat was sitting in the way. He saw Crypticspark sitting on the rock of which he just was on, and his fur bristled. "Her" Mudpaw hissed under his breath. "When did THEY get here?" Mudpaw walked up behind the rock, then meowed, "Hello, Crypticspark, what are you doing here?" He tried to stay calm, but if she said something mean, there would probably be a fight.

Crypticspark turned her head thoughtfully in the direction of Mudpaw's voice, cocking her head to one side thoughtfully, her right ear flopping downwards. He looked amazingly tense, shoulders pulled back and no matter how hard he tried to hide it, she could definitely sense it. "Hello Mudpaw." She paused, trying to put her thoughts into words. She didn't move from her rock, just repositioned herself. "I'm terribly sorry for my actions earlier. My ... emotions shall we say, got the better of me. I would suggest steering clear when things like that happen again. Controlling them is ... hard for me." Crypticspark's tone was soft and timid, as it usually was. She felt her second personality physically fighting her, wanting to spit a word at the apprentice. She had a feeling her eye was literally twitching with the effort she was providing.

Brightpaw tensed as Mudpaw talked with Crypticsprak. She soon calmed; Crypticspark didn't look hostile. Mudpaw still did, though. She padded toward them, and flicked her tail on Mudpaw's shoulder. "Calm down, mouse-brain." she meowed, an edge in her voice.

[Mosspaw]

OOC: I find the bolded text very... irritating

Mudpaw relaxed a little, seeing Crypticspark didn't look hostile, but she still looked... strange... as if she were holding something back. "I won't be avoiding any cat at any point near now, and I won't be avoiding a cat from my own clan. ever. feelings or not." Mudpaw meowed.
