Diamond and her brother had just found a log to cross a river. Emerald padded up to her sister, "Where are we? I don't feel safe." Diamond glared at her brother "You're such a weakling." Diamond hurried up, head high.

Dark ginger fur flashed through the undergrowth as a large cat slipped into the river,the soothing babble of water interrupted for a split second as the she-cat swam over the rapids with ease. Flarestorm had been investigating a possible invasion tactic from ThunderClan;a patrol had found fresh ThunderClan scent on their side of the river this morning,and were worried about a possible attack. She was just coming up on the log hanging over the river when she saw two kits. What are they doing here? Ignoring the cold water that lapped at her head,she went to investigate.

Diamond smelled something and turned around, emerald did the same. Their eyes widened with fear "Oh no! Theirs another cat! Hide!" Emerald yowled in his small voice before running to a nearby bush with Diamond behind him.

Flarestrom swam ahead,leaping out onto the log with relative ease. Water dripped from her fur as she scanned the bushes,and she twitched her ears as snow started to settle on her back. "Hello?"

"Go away!" They yowled loudly

"Why would I? This is my territory,"Flarestorm mewed calmly,following the kit's scents. She poked her head into the bush,meowing,"Come on out. I know your there."

Diamond and Emerald pawd at the larger female cat until she got her head out "We're not! And what do you mean your territory?" Emerald asked.

[Naruto]

"Didn't you smell my Clan's scent all over the place?"she mewed,rubbing her nose with one paw. "Come out. I won't hurt you."

Emerald and Diamond carefully made their way out the bush. They were clearly nervously shaking "Okay we're out" Diamond said "What now?

"Where is your mother?"Flarestorm meowed,eyes gentle.

"We don't have a mother, when we were old enough to live without milk we ran away from the weird things into the forest, but some mean cats k..k" Emerald tried to say but burst out wailing and crying along with Diamond.

[Naruto]

"Hush now,don't cry,"Flarestrom murmured,nuzzling the kits comfortingly.

[DustClaw]

After a llittle the kits stopped crying "What's going to happen now?" asked Emerald. "Yeah, what are you going to do?" Daimond also asked.

[Naruto]

"You can come back to my Clan with me."Flarestorm purred,voice soft.

"Really?" Diamond asked perking up. "Where are we gonna live and eat and sleep! Are their other cats! Other kits!" Diamond asked quickly and so did Emerald.

[Naruto]

"Yes. You will live in the nursery with all the other kits."Flarestorm mewed.

"Yay!" Emerald and Diamond exclaimed jumping all around "Can we go now!?" They both asked simultaniously.

[Naruto]

"Of course."she purred,sweeping her tail around them to keep them warm. "This way."

Diamond and Emerald went with this nice cat,happy that she was not mean.
