Mosspaw felt the enormous weight of the she-cat closing in on him, he couldn't push that much off, he scrabbled out from under her, before saying "I give, even if i could hit you hard enough, I'm not fat enough to hold you down, and you're so fat, I'll never be able to push you off." He went over to sit next to Goldenstorm, defeated, yes, but it was an impossible fight to win, given he has had no training, and that he was still barely an apprentice.

Mintleaf's bubbly mood snapped. The growl that escaped her could have scared all of DarkClan, "Did you just call me fat?!" Her fur fluffed up to twice its normal size, her claws slid out in a flash, and her teeth were barred showing that she was mighty angry. He shouldn't have said it, he really, really shouldn't have said it. The fire that raged in her eyes could have been that of a demon. She put one paw forward and crouched in an attacking stance, her fur bristling more than leaves in the wind.

OOC: You returned my muse! Your prize, Mintleaf wanting to kill Mosspaw! *throws confetti on you*

[Mosspaw]

"So the battle begins" Mosspaw thought, dropping into a defensive stance, ready for anything, death, defeat, loss, he wouldn't give this time. He unsheathed his claws, ready for Mintleaf to kill him, or any other cat, he wouldn't lose. He charged full speed at a tree, launching himself at it, then flinging himself off, doing a backflip. He scraped his claws on the wood as he did this, tearing the bark off where he had hit. "Goldenstorm, stop this if it gets bad." Mosspaw was now about 20 fox-lengths away from Mintleaf, and he felt great. Scared, yes, But he felt amazing. He saw the fire in her eyes, and knew that she would try just as hard as he would. He twisted his paw around, it had become stiff from not using it for so long, he swiped at the air a few times, before turning back to Mintleaf. "I hope that you're ready now." He took a step forward. He now was far enough away that any of Mintleaf's attacks wouldn't be unpredicted.

[Snigger]

Mintleaf watched him with hatred burning throughout her. She heard his challenge and sprinted forward. A third of the way there she jumped to the side and then jumped over again. She jumped in her zigzag like pattern until she was a tail length from him diagonolly. Lightning fast she sprang at him, claws slicing through the air. She was angry, okay she was sky lengths past angry. You would have thought a demon had possessed her. The point was that she wanted to kill Mosspaw and I mean that literally.

[Naruto]

Vixenstep hissed in surprise and leaped at Mintleaf to intercept her. "This is a playfight! Not a deathmatch!"she hissed, using carefully sheathed claws to try and push her to the side.

Birchpaw flung himself at the smaller apprentice. "Stop! This has gone too far!"he growled.

[Mosspaw]

"I know, I wouldn't have attacked, the most I would have done is gave her a few scratches, but... I don't think that she was thinking the same thing." Mosspaw took a few steps backward, before walking towards camp, always keeping his eyes on Mintleaf until he had left the clearing. "I'm glad that's over." Mosspaw thought to himself, sulking back even more to camp.

[Naruto]

"You kinda made her mad."Birchpaw growled,lashing his tail.

[Mosspaw]

"Of course I did, I was planning on just making her less... nice... I saw how angry she was earlier, and I don't like fake personalities. I needed to see who Mintleaf really is, and I see her bad... bad... bad... bad... temper now. I'm sorry if that was frightening in some way, but I could have got away, I know that she probably wouldn't jump from a tree to the ground, to another tree, back to the ground, and into camp. That was my plan if things got really bad, and if a warrior wouldn't stop it." Mosspaw moaned, reaching the camp now. "And besides, it was only an insult, she'll get over it, and she's not REALLY fat" Mosspaw joked, slipping into camp.

Mintleaf watched Mosspaw leave, her deadly glare boring into him. If looks could kill Mosspaw would have probably died a thousand deaths. She hissed through clencthed teeth, "I'm going to cool off, I'll be back shortly." She stormed off, growling so loud it could have mistaken for thunder.

Liontail sat there, watching.

OOC: Can someone fill me in pls? Muffin just said Liontail is needed here.

ooc: omg, i missed so much. sand, the kittehs r having the battle competition, member?

Goldenstorm sat and watched, knowing that there was no need to be alarmed. He rose to his paws, the sand had settled, "Who's going next?" he asked.

[Naruto]

"I am."Vixenstep replied, landing gracefully on her paws.

[Goldenstorm]

"Okay, who do you want to fight?" Goldenstorm asked, his blood going slightly cold.

[Naruto]

"How about Liontail?"she asked, tipping her head to the side.

[Goldenstorm]

"Liontail?" Goldenstorm asked, relieved that she didn't call his name. "Do you want to fight her?" he smiled, Liontail looked bored.

[Lynx]

"Sure", Liontail mewed, flipping his ultra fluffy tail around.

OOC: No I don't remember xD Who fights and why? ^^

ooc: it's just a competition, like training. claws sheathed. lol

"Great." Goldenstorm smiled, starting to look around him.

[Lynx]

Liontail smiled. "Show me what you've got, Vixenstep!", he mewed.

[Naruto]

Vixenstep smiled. "My pleasure!" Her tone was challenging and hyper, and her eyes glinted with excitement. She crouched down low, jumping from side to side before lunging forwards, aiming to land a quick hit on Liontail's shoulder. Then, before he could respond, she flitted away, out of range of any attacks. This was her own personal fighting style; If she ever fought against a larger warrior, if would come in handy. Small, neat blows to distract them and dodging away before they could hit back. Then she could easily surprise them by going for their throat.

[Mosspaw]

OOC: Their throat? u mean, ur gonna kill Liontail!?!?!? O_O O_O

OOC:NO! Gawd. This is a PLAYFIGHT. She's just gonna pin him down. But that's what she would do in a real fight. >>
