Hiding the Magical Moss

[Mosspaw]

Runningkit snuck through the nursery, towards where his bed was. He took the new Magical Moss that he found and laid it where his old bedding was. This was a memory, not a toy, when he becomes an elder, he can tell stories about his magical moss ball that disappeared when he was a kit. He felt how soft the moss was by the river, and decided it would make awesome bedding. He layed down on the moss, dozing off immediately. "This is the best moss ever!" He dreamed about a field of magical moss, all disappearing under his feet, but then there was a nice cozy moss layer under it to catch him, that also disappearing.

Rainpaw wandered into the nursery to check on Runningkit, just in case he imagined sneaking out of camp again. She found him sleeping and couldn't help but smile at the kit. She poked him with her paw "Runningkit?"

[Mosspaw]

Runningkit woke up, blinking heavily. "Oh, hi Rainpaw. What do you want?" Runningkit sat up, only to slide back down.

[Goldenstorm]

Rainpaw made herself comfortable, sliding some moss over her way and sitting down. "What have you been up to?" she smiled.

[Mosspaw]

"Sleepin" Runningkit put plainly, acting as if nothing had happened. "This moss is really comfy, and im really sleepy." His eyes drooped again, but he forced them open.

[Goldenstorm]

"Well, I guess I can let you sleep. I was just pretty bored and wanted to go out of camp." Rainpaw sighed, rising to her paws.

[Mosspaw]

"Out of camp?! I'm coming!" Runningkit leapt to his paws and ran out of the nursery.

[Goldenstorm]

Rainpaw charged after him, careful not to bother any of the other queens.
