Crickets chirped their repetitive melody as silent thuds stirred the leaf litter. Below a canopy of withering trees, dark shapes galloped soundlessly, their rippling pelts reflecting the soft moonlight. Slits of amber glowed brightly in the night, the only sign of life in the desolate place.
A scrabbling sound echoed as the group neared a steep gorge, and a faint yelp of fear sounded as they closed in on the ledge. They stopped, gazes flicking down to the rushing water below. The largest wolf stepped forward, ears pricked. His voice rang out.
"We cross when the moon is highest." His pitch-black pelt was tugged by the wind as he turned to his pack.
"B-but sir, we can’t...the pack will be swept away by the rapids..." a silver-furred omega stepped from behind the ranks, head and tail down. But his eyes stared up at the alpha brightly. A snarl sounded next to the omega.
"Stick to your ranks, omega." The gamma spat the word 'omega' with disgust. The black alpha narrowed his eyes. He stepped forward slowly as the omega cowered from him.
"No, Ryuu. I think that since Isamu is so worried about the pack, he should test the waters for us." A slight grin crept across his graying muzzle. He was now inches away from Isamu's face. "What do you think?"
Jeers and snickers arose from the surrounding wolves.
"I..." the omega’s eyes widened. "Noboru, you can’t seriously—"
Before he could speak again, Noboru leapt forward, claws slashing. He clamped his jaws around the Isamu’s ear and tore at his side with his hind claws. He gripped the smaller wolf by the scruff and flung him closer to the gorge.
"Never question my authority!"
Isamu scrambled from the edge, whimpering quietly. Blood trickled from his shredded ear. He shook the droplets from his face, a growl rising in his throat. Anger churned inside him.
I will no longer be humiliated! I am no longer yours to –insert some word other than 'command' or whatever. Just something less dramatic-!
As Noboru turned, Isamu leaped. He bit down on his leader’s scruff, ears flat to his head. Noboru shook wildly in a feeble attempt to rid himself of the small wolf. He roared and rolled onto his back, crushing Isamu. Noboru sprang up and clamped his jaws down on his opponent's foreleg. Drawing all of his strength, the alpha swung his head and threw the omega into the air.
Throughout the cluster of wolves, eyes widened and a deathly silence swept over them as Isamu yelped and struck against the parallel ledge with a muffled thud. His lifeless body plummeted toward the crashing water below. Noboru stared emotionlesly at the limp silver mass of fur that bobbed quickly downriver.

There are a few typos, but its not a big deal.

Overall it's a good storyline, from what I get, it is about a Wolf Clan, that of which the main character betrays because of the meenie clan leader.

I'd give it a 5/5 considering the lack of details, it's still a good story.
