Glacia sat in the shadows of one of the abandoned buildings, her pelt somewhat noticable in the dark. She looked around, trying to find another warrior to watch so she can adapt another fighting style to her unique repitoire.

[Naruto]

Mud padded out into the forest,eyes lost in thought. He'd nearly lost his leg,and had lost almost all use of it. He limped slightly,nearly yelping when a thorn caught the charred flesh as he passed a bramble bush. He spotted another wolf;scenting the air,he realized it was a loner wolf. What if she was stealing prey?

He growled softly,limping towards the female wolf as quietly as he could without the use of his leg. His brown-streaked pelt helped to hide him against the mud-splattered bushes,and his eyes flickered warily as the young wolf watched her. He was ten moons;nearly old enough to be a gamma,or a wolf equivalent to a warrior cat.

Glacia looked around and smiled when she saw Mud, partially hidden. "Well, well. What do we have here?" she murmured, her eyes glistening. She stepped forward, knowing she wasn't in much danger and began to circle the other wolf. "And who are you?" she asked.

[Naruto]

Mud tensed before saying in his bravest voice,"My name is of no concern to you." He lowered his head,blinking amber-colored eyes at the intruder. The fur on the back of his neck stood on end,the only sign of his fear. What if she tried to fight him? He'd be no good with his injured leg and the limited training he'd had. He'd die almost for sure. And then Autumn would be on her own...

[Laddaustein]

The she-wolf kept circling and murmured, "What a pity. It would be nice to know what wolves are around here, considering I never listen to names while I watch." Her smile faltered. "I don't fight injured wolves." she added, still circling.

[Naruto]

"All you ned to know is that I am in training to be a gamma of WolfClan,"Mud growled,stepping into the open. His paw never touched the ground;it hung limply in the air,no fur on the blackened and burned skin what-so-ever. It looked odd in contrast to his light gray and brown pelt and coppery eyes. "What are you doing on our land?"

[Laddaustein]

"I live here." Glacia said. She smirked and adjusted her circle. "I am a nomad within this territory. I've been watching all of the gammas that come out here with subordinates and watch them. Learning their fighting styles and adjust them to my favorite way of fighting. But I won't fight. Not tonight." she murmured, her muzzle inches from Mud's ear before she giggled a little and padding into the brush, tail waving. An obvious challenge to follow her.

[Naruto]

Shaking his head,he thought,Am I crazy? Before following the she-wolf into the underbrush,shivering a little as the snow soaked into his thin coat.

[Laddaustein]

Glacia kept going through the vegetation until she ends up on a path, surrounded by buildings, and she keeps walking until she slips into one of the smaller structures, her tail waving the entire time.

[Naruto]

Mud paused at the entrance of the structure,doubt in his eyes. "How do I know you won't ambush me?"he said in a flat,untrusting voice. "It would be no work to kill me in the state I'm in."

[Laddaustein]

Glacia sighed. "Because... I like you. I like you more than other wolves I've seen. I would like to help you, but I'm not entirely sure how..." She looked around the ruined building and lept gracefully over some of the rubble before turning back to Mud.

[Naruto]

Mud felt his fur grow warm with embarrassment at the unexpected comment,and he followed after her with a glance over his shoulder to make sure that no wolves from his Clan were following. He didn't stop at the rubble;instead,he tried to leap over it as he'd seen the she-wolf do. He made it over half-way before falling ontop of the pile in a heap of gray fur,panting harshly with exertion.

Glacia giggled slightly before helping Mud get up and she shifted the rubble so Mud could walk through. "This is my base... sort of... I have another one a little ways away, but I use this when I'm trying to learn more fighting styles." the she-wolf said, smiling. "What happened to your paw?" she asked, her smile faltering slightly.

[Naruto]

Mud grunted gratefully,but his voice was a little cold because of his mistrust for the stranger. "I er,got trapped under a burning branch while helping some cats get away from our gathering place,"he muttered,wincing as he pressed his paw to the ground a little bit.

[Laddaustein]

Glacia sighed and murmured, "Oh..." She looked at Mud and leaned her head on him for a moment before she went and came back with some prey in her jaws. Setting it down, she said, "Here. It's not much, but I'm not sure how else to help. There should be enough for some of the Clan as well as yourself." Her eyes were filled with compassion, betraying what her name implies about her.

[Naruto]

Mud felt his fur grow warm again at the wolf's touch,and shook his head. "No,I can't accept that. What about you? You need to eat. There's enough prey left for a while yet." He smiled at her nervously,then blinked. "Oh,I almost forgot to tell you my name. Urm,my name's Mud."

[Laddaustein]

The she-wolf smiled. "It's okay..." She shook her head and slid the prey closer to Mud. She leaned her head against the other wolf and murmured, "Please... Just take the prey."

[Naruto]

If Mud was a two-leg,his face would have been bright red,and he would have said something really embarrassing. "Uh,OK."he stuttered instead,confused as to why this young wolf was talking to him and acting like she'd known him all her life.

[Laddaustein]

Glacia sighed and she murmured, "You should go back to the clan... They'll be worried." She removed her head from Mud and sat down.

[Naruto]

"A-alright."Mud murmured,heart hammering in his chest. "Uh,could I er,come see you tomorrow?"

[Laddaustein]

Glacia nodded. "Sure. I'll be here." She smiled sweetly.

[Naruto]

Mud smiled back nervously before grasping the prey between his teeth. "I'll,uh,see you then."he muttered around the prey before starting to walk out of the den.

Glacia smiled before heading to a rather less cluttered area and fell asleep.
