RULE FOR MODS AND ADMINS

Mods, from now on, whenever you approve a bio, edit the first bio's post and add 'Approved' into the topic title. I'm putting all the approved bios where they should be, and I hate having to look for a single stupid ugleh post.
Admins, you can just move the topic to it's rightful place. *coughAPPROVEDBIOScough*
