Lyra stood there, but just at the last moment pushed off with her back paws, but kneeled on her front paws, making her flip over. But it was on purpose, becasuse she had done it just in time where Fang was about to run over her. Lyra clawed at Fang's belly, which was hanging above her head.

Tharn growled angirly and sprung forward, aiming to bite into Lyra's scruff, leaving her helpless. Even if he was the Omgega he knew he could bet a subordinate.

Fang felt searing pain fall through her underbelly as fresh scrapes became apparent. The puny subordinate whipped around and aimed some harsh snaps of her jaw at Lyra's face. At the same time she was slicing through the air, waving her paws.

Lyra got up and away from Fang's snapping jaws, which narrowly missed her ears. Then she was faced with her incoming claws. She also saw Tharn coming for the back of her neck, probably aiming for her scruff. An idea popped into her head and she swatted at one of Fang's paws to knock it away. Then as the other one closed in she let it score across her muzzle, causing blood to well up. As it passed the other side of her face she bit at it. If she could get a could enough grip Tharn might get an incoming present.

Fang felt her paw grabbed as sharp fangs entered it. Instead of trying to rip it out of Lyra's jaws, she jumped onto the wolf. She knew she wouldn't be able to knock her over, but she didn't care.

Lyra felt Fang land on her back but she used it to her advantage. She tried to both buck and sling Fang off, hoping that she was successful with either of them that fang would fly at Tharn to keep him at bay.

Fang drove her fangs, how ironic, into something, hoping it was Lyra. She held on, refusing to let go. She let her claws rip into something.

Lyra felt pain blossom as Fang's teeth impaled her shoulder. She also felt a set of claws score down her back. She tried to ram Fang into a tree to dislodge her from her back.

Fang's back cracked, a fracture formed in her spine, but she wouldn't give in. She opened her jaws and tried to bite down to get a better grip.

Lyra heard Fang's back cracking and jumped in surprise. She needed to get Fang to stop before she got more hurt or Fang hurt her but her mind had gone blank.
