Sunflower padded into the apprentices' den, fur fluffed out against the cold. "Blazepaw? Blazepaw, get up, it's time for your training." she meowed, leaving the den. She trotted across the clearing to the small fresh-kill pile and picked out a mouse for herself and a chaffinch for Blazepaw.

Blazepaw stood up with a giant yawn. "Coooomiiiing", she mewed and darted after her mentor. She took the chaffinch and nodded in thanks.

Sunflower finished off her mouse and waited patiently for her apprentice. "What would you like to start with today? Hunting or battling?"
