NightStar vs DustClaw

DustClaw dropped the kit. "Leopardpaw take this kit quickly" he meowed to his apprentice. "Hey NightStar, wh don't you fight me one on one? Are you a coward who must hide behind his clan? I at least attack your camp with just my brother, I can do things on my own. What about you?" DustClaw hissed to the Dark Clan leader. Walking forward into a flat space.

"Looks like we'll have to do this the hard way." meowed Nightstar
dashing and uplifting a single paw under Dustclaw, to upturn the bigger
tom, and yet again pin him to the ground. "Your petty taunts do not egg
me on. Like you said, you can do things on your own, as along as it's
with your brother. And me the coward? You stole a kit, and attacked a
queen, a defenseless queen, and why did you attack us? We instigated
nothing, you bring a war on your clan and you shall die knowing that
your clan's destruction was all your fault." remarked Nightstar calmly
circling the larger tom.

[DustClaw]

DustClaw was lent back but pushed forward with his muscular paws to claw at NightStar. "My brother is no help, he simply is a following mouse-brain" DustClaw hissed.

Leopardpaw took the cat and brought it to the nursery. "Here", he mewed to a queen. "It is a prisoner, but I don't want it to die, so please care for it for a while."
Then he darted back to his mentor. "I'll help you!", he mewed, not knowing that his mentor wated a one on one fight.

Stormkit growled at Leopardpaw when he placed him into the nursery with some queen. Prisoner!? Not him. He wasn't going to be like those WindClan cat they had in their own camp. He looked to his side and saw two other kits looking at him. One with a tilted head, the other just murmuring to himself like a weirdo. He didn't know these kits, and he really didn't want to. He had to figure out a way to get out of here and back to his own nursery.

Lightkit tilted his head when Leapardpaw set a kit in the Nursery. What's with that cat and following whatever Dustclaw says? Sure, he's his mentor, but COME ON! The kit shook his head, locking his eyes on Stormkit.

Stormkit looked behind him at Lightkit, just staring at him like those other two. "Got a problem?" He growled at the other kit before standing up and padded over to the entrance to the nursery, checking to see if any warriors were looking so he could leave the place.

"Stormkit." meowed Nightstar looking directly at the little kit, his nose an inch from his face. His face a mixture of anger, worry, and serenity. So much emotion at once, but his cold dark blue eyes were the same, gut-wrenching, soul-churning and frighteningly chilly.

Lightkit tilted his head. "No..." He mewed, for the first time. The kit got up and trotted over to Stormkit.

Stormkit looked weirdly at the other kit who followed him over to the entrance. What was his problem? Was he right in the head? "Don't have any friends you could follow instead?" He had to, this nursery was packed!

He turned around and jumped when he suddenly saw Nightstar in front of him. That cat was like a ghost or something! He looked up at his leader and tilted his head, trying to decipher his emotions.

[LEN KAGAMINE]

"Nope..." Lightkit muttered, sitting down near Stormkit. He looked up at the older, black tom. That's Nightstar? He looks younger than how the queens said...

"Come on, we're leaving." for a second his eyes met Lightkit's and he froze, as if sharing unspoken words with the kit, before he turned away, flicking his tail for Stormkit to follow after him.

Awkward... Lightkit thought as Nightstar paused when looking at him. "Goodbye, Stormkit..." He mewed, flicking his tail.

OOC: He talks to the Darkclan kit, but not the Shadowclan kits? xD

Stormkit looked at Lightkit. The young kit felt a little shiver go up his spine. That kit was insane, and probably older than him by the looks of it.

"I think the right words... are see you later." Sotrmkit mewed to Lightkit with a smirk before padding after Nightstar. He doubted it'd be the last time he sees the other kit.

Tansykit watched as the two cats left before padding up to Lightkit. "Hey Lightkit, how come you talk to the DarkClan cats, but not to us?"

Redstar sped into camp, scenting the Darkclan cats. Seeing Nightstar, he narrowed his eyes. "What's going on here? Are you invading Shadowclan?" Without waiting for an answer, he unsheathed his claws.

[LEN KAGAMINE]

Lightkit looked over to Tanseykit. He shrugged, his eyes flicking back over to the Darkclan Leader and kit.

"I know,right?"Foxkit mewed,padding up behind them. Her blue eyes were stretched wide. "Wish I could'a talked to 'em." Then she stared at Redstar in awe,her fur prickling with excitement. I'm gonna be leader one day! Believe it!

"The strange thing is Redstar, your warrior attacked us, struck my mate, stole a kit, and ran away. Manipulating his apprentice to instigate a battle, when I only brought two warriors with me. If I wanted too I could of started a battle over it, but I think insubordination in your own clan is punishment enough. Deal with your cats as you will, as they sink to an all time low. Though I hope our relationship between our clans is still a friendly one." meowed Nightstar meeting eyes with the bigger Redstar and having an aire of superiority and confidence in his voice.

Tansykit tilted his head at Lightkit. That kit.... was really weird.

Stormkit, standing next to Nightstar, looked at the battle ready Redstar. His claws were unsheathed and everything. Sotrmkit looked down at his own paws, they were still unsheathed. Oh well... He listened to Nightstar's reply, and watched Redstar, waiting to see what he'd do.

Foxkit growled. "That's our Clan leader you're talking to!"she hissed at Nightstar,ginger pelt bristling.

Stormkit looked back at Foxkit. "And that's my leader your talking to!" He growled at her. He didn't like her, making outbursts and acting as if her clan leader rules all. He was nothing compared to theirs.

Beekit stuck his head out of the nursery and looked over at Foxkit. "Get back in here!" he whispered to her.

[Naruto]

"No way!"Foxkit growled at Beekit. Turning to Stormkit,she hissed,angry. She still didn't know about her little 'out bursts',but she was somehow in control over herself.

Owlkit tackled Foxkit out of nowhere. "Sh... Look over there Foxkit. It's a white squirrel." he meowed pointing at the furry Stormkit that looked a lot like a squirrel to him, in some strange way.

Lightkit sighed, flicking his tail. He was to keep up this mute act to Shadowclan for as long as needed. The kit listened to the Foxkit. That kit is going to get herself killed... Lightkit got up, shaking some rain water off of his pelt. He slowly went into the clearing, eyes flickering from Foxkit, to Stormkit, to Nightstar, and to Redstar. He came to a halt by Foxkit. He swung his tail, and curled it arounf Foxkit's maw. Silence! The kit looked over at Owlkit when he arrived. Figures... Mistaking Stormkit for a Squirrel...

Redstar hesitated. "My own warriors are too proud to steal a kit!" He hissed. "And Shadowclan has enough kits. We'll be in our prime soon enough." He still stood battle-ready, though he was pretty sure Nightstar would win a battle between them.
