Stealthclaw's arrival (closed)

A black cat limps into the main clearing, staying near the entrance. He coughs to get attention.

Two guards, Bramblethorn and Maplepaw stood in the way of the black cat, their menacing faces growling at him. "What is it?" asked Bramblethorn his one eye gazing at him and inch from his face.

"Settle down, Bramblethorn." growled Maplepaw, being the good cat on this one.

[Laddaustein]

He looks at the two cats, unintimidated, and says, "I am Stealthclaw. I wish to assist DarkClan against WindClan." His eyes burn with fury that is easily linked to WindClan.

"How is it that you've come up to us and know of our battle against WindClan?" asked Bramblethorn raising an eyebrow, and ignoring Maplepaw, the aggressive tom, stepped toward the other tom, unsheathing his claws. Wandering what this cat was, a spy? No... No, a rogue? We had plenty of those, did they really need another one? And one that was beaten up? Probably from some kit that was angry at him, when he was kit he could of taken this rag doll.

Maplepaw rolled her eyes at the big tom, her dark brown fur that was more of a red bristled at every moment, making her look much bigger than she really was. "Let me guess... You want my father."

[Laddaustein]

He looks at the warrior, "I wasn't beaten in battle. I'm limping because of a recent battle, but not with WindClan." He smiles, "And I can fight. I was actually told by a warrior in WindClan that you are fighting them." He looks at the smaller cat, "Is your father the leader of DarkClan?"

"Yes, yes he is." she meowed darkly, dismissing Bramblethorn with a glare, "Why don't you go out hunting." she said, more of an order than a question. But he left anyway. Maplepaw looked at the taller cat, without fear, "And what is it you want?" he asked the shabby looking tom.

Stealthclaw sat down. "I wish to assist DarkClan in their fight with WindClan." His battle-hardened face gets even harder as he adds, "Especially against the warrior, Cougarstreak..." he spat at the name. "I have 18 moons worth of battle under my fur and I am a realitively good assassin, if I'm downwind of my target."

Maplepaw suddenly burst out laughing when Stealthclaw said the name 'Cougarstreak' it was hilarious to think that this big cat had been beaten by that pretty little she-cat. Then again she had bested huge toms as well. "I don't care much for your credentials, you'd have too see my father before anything is decided." she growled, a glint of amusement in her eye. And with a flick of her tail she left the tom standing at the opening of DarkClan.

Stealthclaw snorts and slides in front of Maplepaw, "One, I wasn't beaten in battle... Two, I can prove I can fight, if I need to convince you before I meet your father."

"You want to take a chance, fighting Nightstar's only warrior daughter?" she growled, her nose almost touching, but there wasn't a single sliver of romance in her glare, just anger, confidence, and just a sprinkle of some demonic spice.

Stealthclaw took a step back, shocked by the glare. He shook his head and stepped to the side. "I-I won't take the chance..." He shook his head, amazed at how scared he sounded and sighed. "I'm sorry... I've always had problems with my temper..."

Bengalbelly slipped from the Warriors Den and stretched. A large yawn escaped from his jaws as he started to wake from his slumber. He looked around camp to see a cat he didn't know the name of. He assumed that he had forgotten the cat's name, but after a few seconds he realized this wasn't a cat he knew.

Great, another one. How many new cats where they going to get!? Honestly, they had mixed scents everywhere. It amazed him how unloyal these cat were to their clans. Though, this one just seemed like another loner.

Bengalbelly grumbled as he sauntered up to him an... Maplepaw. How he hated that she-cat. When he got closer he saw something new. They were... touching noses!?

Wow... that may have been the most disgusting thing he's ever seen. Maplepaw... touching noses with another cat. How would he get that out of his mind!?

"Got a new mate, Maplekit?" Bengalbelly asked her in his usually annoyed tone.

Stealthclaw looked at Bengalbelly, eyes starting to burn again and his paw raises, claws unsheathed, "And you are?" His fur bristled and he seemed to get slightly more powerful.

The face of a furious demon whirled at Bengalbelly, Her claws unsheathed and at the ready. "I know this my challenge your small brain, but try to be a little less immature, Bengalbelly." she growled, quickly regaining her cool which just a lower stage of centered anger. She sheathed her claws, rolling her eyes at the large tom.

Stealthclaw looked at Maplepaw then at Bengalbelly, sheathing his claws. His eyes are still burning, but it is more controlled.

Bengalbelly looked over at Stealthclaw quickly, his irritation rising. He looked at this cat with his ever narrowed eyes, his cold stare on him like grass in the dirt. He growled at him and unsheathed his claws. "I'm the cat that's going to make you make you lose a couple eyes and a pair of ears if you don't quit irritating him!" Mouse-brained cat. Who was he to come in this clan and then unsheathe his claws at every cat he sees?

"And how about you stop letting your fur bristle over every little thing some says to you. You arrogant mouse-brain," Bengalbelly growled at Maplepaw. Out of all of Nightstar's children, she was the most annoying, next to that blind on that never stops complaining.

Stealthclaw growls, "Do you really want to fight? I'll happily oblige." Unsheathes his claws again and prepares to fight.

"Oh, shut up, loner, you didn't even want to fight me." Maplepaw growled at the tom, stepping in front of him and Bengalbelly, seriously almost everyone except a certain few were intimidated by her, was it her dazzling beauty (no), or her great strength, what ever it was it always attracted wimps. And what was with Bengalbelly and insulting her fur, okay, it stood up for no reason and made her look fluffy, that wasn't her fault. "I'll do it the minute you stop putting your nose into other cats business." she meowed back at Bengalbelly.

Stealthclaw blinked and stepped back. He shook his head and resumed glaring at Bengalbelly, still ready to fight. He muttered something about intimidation before flicking his tail in irritation.

"C'mon then, lets fight," Bengalbelly growled. He narrowed his eyes more when Maplepaw stepped in. What a nuisance. "You couldn't even fight her," Bengalbelly asked Stealthclaw, tilting his head mockingly. "Wow, your weaker than I thought you were." Now... he wasn't saying that Maplepaw couldn't rip the fur off of any cat that comes her way, no, he already knew she could. Just... the fact that the annoying loner on the other side of Maplepaw couldn't stand up to her. Simply pathetic.

"I didn't put my nose into anything," Bengalbelly grumbled, "I simply came here to see the, oh-so-rare, new additions to the clan. I can only assume Nightstar will let him in," He grunted, "He lets in every other mouse-brain here," he muttered bitterly. He was tired of new guys.

A massive black she-cat padded out of the warrior's den,her amber eyes gleaming dangerously. "What's all this noise?"she complained,stalking up to the other cats. She looked Stealthclaw over and lifted a giant paw,licking it and putting it down again. "New blood,eh?"she growled playfully. She turned to Maplepaw. "Maplepaw,you know your good looks aren't gonna woo every tom that pads in here."

She turned to Stealthclaw again. "I'd guess why you were here but there's horrid reek of WindClan on you're pelt."she hissed,her much larger size accomodating her angry face. "Please tell me that you aren't one of those fox-hearted,wind blown mice?"

Stealthclaw hissed, "Why would I be WindClan and come in here? I HATE WindClan and I want to assist DarkClan in exterminating them." He leaps over Maplepaw and slashes at Bengalbelly's muzzle and back.

[Naruto]

The black she-cat chuckled. "Then that makes two of us."she growled,lifting her paw to bat him off her Clanmate. "You should really show more respect for you're senior warriors."

Maplepaw snapped at her mentor, not even caring that she was a senior warrior. Tired of all this lovey dovey crap they were spilling about her and Stealthclaw. Thinking about it made her cringe. "I don't want some mouse-brain tom as a mate, you she-cats are fools to bow down to toms." she growled, she hated the power toms always had over she-cats. Like Nightstar over her mother, or Bengalbelly over his sister, it wasn't fair, and made her want to kill every tom in the world.

Stealthclaw is batted off Bengalbelly. He growls, "I haven't even joined for one, and I'm going to prove I can fight, one way or another." He rolls and leaps back onto Bengalbelly.
